I haven't received my original order yet, but they are trying to bill me for the next order! Customer service does not reply to every email and are not helpful I want my subscription canceled and the money, I paid for my order, refunded. Please advise.

I like the transparency of the information about their product also the order system was very easy and I felted a open line of communication when I had a question on my order. I emailed and was immediately responded to. I like that. I hope I like the coffee as much as the co. So far.

Quick and friendly response

Timely answer and quick to solve my issue. I ran out and after one email my coffee was on its way. I absolutely love the coffee and the way it makes me feel. Don’t hesitate to try!

I purchased a pack 30 day’s supply
I drank one cup, I’m guessing not enough kick, for context , I drink 3 coffees just in the morning, no additional coffee thru out the day 90% of the time .
I drank the one cup, my head was hurting slightly thru the day , I had to nap for an hour at 4 pm. I haven had any mire since.
I will give it another try, but not as my first cup .

I am hoping the effect accumulates overtime. I have only been enjoying for a week. The taste is good. Not really a coffee flavor...a bit milder. I am trying to enjoy it 2x a day. I'd like a 60-serving or 90-serving bag. I will continue for awhile and create a review when I hit 30+ days.

Tastes great, no bloated feeling. Still too early to describe other results. Just wish replacements for the coffee.weren’t so expensive.

They locked me into a subscription even though I unticked subscription box.
There was no communication when the second packet arrived.
When the third packet was on the way, I got an email a week in advance. I immediately asked them to cancel it but they kept sending my update on the progress of my order to which I kept replying to cancel the subscription.
They sent a link to the manage the subscription, but all it gave me was the name of the product, no way to manage or cancel the subscription.

Avoid at all costs. The product tastes terrible

Response time from support team was good however I couldn’t log into my account with the link provided to do my own subscription management which was disappointing

I never receive the promotion package. I was charged for it but never received it. I emailed 4 times with tracking # and confirmation #. I requested a complete refund and have yet to receive. I requested a phone number to speak to someone directly and none exist. Worst experience. I do not recommend

Generally, good service. However, your website is poor in that it did not work when I tried tp cancel my subscription??

Wish I had paid more attention to the reviews before ordering! If you got your order and nothing was wrong with it, then that's great. But if you have any issues with the product, there is absolutely no customer service at all! They sent out a defective frother and literally took over a month and 10+ emails back and forth before they finally decided to ship out a replacement. In the meantime, even though I canceled the subscription and received a confirmation email saying it was canceled, they still charged me for a subscription 5 days later! And now they're saying it wasn't canceled and they can't refund the new order! What a scam! Non-existent customer service is right! Coffee tastes fine to me but so not worth it for the lack of support if anything should go wrong with your order. Don't bother even trying it out!

They subscribed me even though I U clicked the option ,when I queried they said they had unsubscribed me yet the continued to take money from my account monthly,delivery didn't even arrive and they completely ignored that part in my complaint...do not buy from them. I have never given a bad review but they deserve it

This is a total SCAM - DO NOT ORDER!
I ordered a starter kit and was thereby locked into a subscription model. The product did absolutley NOTHING for me so I clearly wanted to cancel the subscription. The link provided by Erth Labs to cancel the subscription did not work. I reached out to their email AND facebook support teams and after initial AI generated responses have ZERO FEEDBACK and am still being SCAMMED each month with this UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTION. STAY AWAY!!!!

Shocking service. Horrible product. Lock in Subscription it’s impossible to get out of. Cow based Collagen in it. Won’t answer emails.

I thought I was trying a new product didn’t know it was subscription, cancelled it and got email acknowledging it but they are still sending them despite several emails. Coffee is okay but doesn’t taste as good as regular coffee, might order once in a while but not every month and after all this trouble canceling would be afraid to try again
