Trying very hard to provide product and support.

Not delivered yet! Ordered on the 18th August. Sat in LA customs since 31st July. Tracking shows finally moving out today! Support doesn’t know what is going on. Just overall very poor service. Which doesn’t matter how good your coffee might be!!!!!!

I started using product and started having bad stomach pains. I have a bad heart and take 14 different medications, confronted doctor he said it a side affect from medication, stop taking product and went back to normal. Tried canceling orders, and returning three bags, with no luck.web site no user friendly for returns.

Delivery is not on time. Tracking says it's on time doesn't say where it's on time from. If you want to wait forever for something order this product.

Worst company ever, don’t do business with them or they will automatically wrap you up into a subscription you don’t sign up for and start billing you monthly for product you may not even want. There’s no physical address for this company and they operate solely outside of the United States

As a busy therapist of 21 years... My morning coffee is sacred. It's also been Non-negotiable. Until now - Erth Labs brew - has replaced my cuppa jo. I'm just as flooded as my friends, who stare at me in disbelief. I was surprised that I didn't have a headache the first week of transition. The best way to describe the difference is that with my Erth Brew I feel *nourished*. Not hit in the face with caffeine. (I also like, I get to be free of the guilt, from the weeks when I couldn't afford fair trade coffee)!!

I placed my order 22 days ago and still haven’t received my coffee, my billing invoice didn’t come with any shipping information so I haven’t been able to track my purchase. I’m looking forward to receiving my coffee so I can try it!

I wanted to try this blend because of issues with regular coffee. I have been trying to cancel with several emails because there is no phone number for customer service. They claim my email is not connected with a subscription. I had to replace my credit card because of this. I even sent them a screen shot of the email address I’m getting from their company!

Never received my order

They more than requested to solve the problem. But the product is top notch.

I have never received any product and am now being charged a monthly subscription fee of $40 USD. Customer service will not respond to my emails. If I could put zero, I would.

Customer service is the worst experience I’ve ever had in 65 years. I actually like the coffee which they say I signed up for a subscription. I 100% did not! I let it slide and changed my Apple Card number but that did not work. Been charged twice since original order and the link will not let me cancel like they say. Finally, I’m disputing the charges and should eventually get it stopped. Email is their only contact and they take forever to respond if they ever do… DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

They sign you up for a subscription and you can't cancel it. You have to email they don't get back to you until they've shipped the next order which you wanted to cancel. It's a scam.

Excellent customer service.

It was very difficult for an old guy like me to cancel the subscription. It wasn’t that I did not like the product so much as not wanting to be locked into a subscription.
