So I’ve been drinking this for a month now and I see nor feel any difference. I’m sorry to say.

Experience was fine. I did expect at least a little coffee taste. There is little to none compared to cuppa and Doze. I mix the coffee every morning with one scoop of vanilla protein. I have been doing this for two years. It always tasted like coffee with vanilla creamer. This just tastes like a vanilla shake.

Never got the product, no customer support, charged more than ordered, SCAM

AVOID! As a coeliac, I had an allergic reaction and contacted them. They still sent a second coffee shipment. I knew I was entitled to a refund under their return policy, but they refused. I'm now disputing the charges through my credit card company. Worst company ever! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have had a horrible experience! I ordered a "trial" package on July 4,2026. It was "shipped" pretty quickly, then nothing. No info on tracking. I got an apology email that said the order went to the wrong warehouse and they were "making it right". Finally around July 28th I received the package. I didn't like the taste right away. I thought I had ordered a one time bag since their policy is no subscription necessary, and several times in those 3 weeks of waiting, I emailed and asked to just cancel since the tracking wasn't showing up. They did send a "Welcome email" with instructions on how to mix the product, but since I still hadn't received the product. I wasn't too concerned and I failed to read it in entirety. Apparently that email stated that product would be shipped every 30 days. So 3 or 4 days after finally receiving the first package, I got an email that another was on the way at $10 higher rate. I immediately tried to log into my account to cancel and they make it nearly impossible to do so. I kept getting messages stating " no order
Found". I emailed customer service the same day asking to cancel immediately. I got a response the next day stating they would escalate my request and get back. With me shortly. Crickets! I've emailed again and tried to log in again with the same error message. I guess I will have to cancel my credit card in order to get them to stop sending me this funky tasting "coffee".
Do NOT get sucked in!

The product so far is good. I've only had it for about a week. My only issue was it took quite a while to get the product. I keep getting the same email, to try the product. Nothing to continue purchasing.

Delish taste but long time to receive it.

The product doesn’t taste like coffee it taste more like mud customer service terrible no telephone number to call emails only and then tell me I can’t return the product on the website. It says 45 days that’s the only reason I purchased it anyway my credit card company is gonna do a charge back. Hopefully I’ll get the money back that way. Will not recommend this at all will put this information on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram

BEWARE! Read the guarantee. You have to return it unopened! How are you supposed to taste it? Terrible customer service. I took 27 days to get the first order and then they sent the second order days after. I couldn't cancel it. They charged $75.95 for the same order that I paid $48.95 for! They would not refund the difference and they would not cancel the order. The superbrew was Just okay and the serving size is more than it says if you want to taste it. Very disappointed.

This Mushroom coffee tastes great. I've tried several and this one tastes best. Use the frother, you'll love it!

very quick response from customer support

It took a very long time to receive my first shipment. Then I tried it & was unimpressed. I then realized that I had been signed up for a subscription. I attempted to cancel it by contacting “support” to be ignored entirely & receive an email saying they were shipping another order & I was then charged. I contacted “support” AGAIN & still have heard nothing.
Lackluster product, terrible quality packaging & the other junk that was sent with the order + there doesn’t seem to actually be a customer service team, so the claim to be able to return the product if you’re unsatisfied is a lie.

I do like the product but you are impossible to get in contact with.. the email does not work and there is no phone number.. I am not the first review to mention this.. if you can provide accurate contact information we would all appreciate that

After several tries, a customer service representative was responsive to my issues. Her action to resolve was quick, and her tone conciliatory. If I had received this response initially, I might still be a customer.

I ordered 1 bag of Erth coffee in May just to try it, it was horrible so I chose not to reorder.
My bank account was debited July 16, 2026 for an order I DID NOT AUTHORIZE/APPROVE OF, which I promptly on that date notified Erth on their website not to send the product and refund my account.
I got a response telling me it was already processed so refused to refund my account.
So back and forth adamantly telling Erth I did not request this order and will not accept it.
Told the package was already mailed and would not refund my account. Then I checked the website and discovered the label was created on July 18th and was processed on that day! 2 days AFTER I REQUESTED ORDER CANCELLED!
So I sent a message that I would refuse the package and return it unopened. I read the Return policy that said I WOULD HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING!
So when I got the package, the address on it was from ECOM FULFILLMENT CENTER-5432 W 102nd Street- NO CITY OR STATE!
When I sent a message to Erth website, I received a message back, “NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS AT THIS TIME!”
I’m reporting this to the BBB AND POSTING THIS ON EVERY REVIEW WEBSITE I CAN FIND

I was really frustrated for not receiving my order and still having to pay for it, as well as for the subscription. Luckily, the customer service solved it all in a good way, and I received a full refund. Thank you.

Had to wait a little while

Don’t get sucked in by Erth labs advertising! I purchased the starter kit and at checkout, fell for the “second bag” for a reduced price. My credit card was charged $81 immediately but the product didn’t arrive for 22 days.

I didn’t realize ordering the second bag signed me up for a double subscription! The subscription was supposed to mean I would receive product every 30 days. Yet my second shipment was “initiated” just 4 days after I received the first!

I tried the product and found it upset my stomach. So I immediately cancelled my subscription. By then, they had already charged me an additional $115 dollars for a second shipment I did not receive for another 3 weeks. I was told once initiated, an order cannot be cancelled, despite the fact they didn’t ship it for another two weeks.

I repeatedly requested my money back under their 45 day guarantee. I was told they have a “no refunds” and “no returns” policy. After sending them screenshots of their website proving their “no risk”, “no questions asked” 45 day guarantee, I’m being told my request is being reviewed but IF they determination I qualify, it will only be for the starter kit, NOT the additional bag of coffee or the second shipment. At this point, I have almost $200 sunk into coffee I can’t drink while this bogus company is considering whether they will refund $28.

Do your research! I wish I would have. It’s impossible to find a company address, working telephone number or even owner. The owners are hiding behind a shell company. That should tell you everything you need to know about this company. Even if I liked the coffee, I would be afraid to drink it. Since they obviously don’t want to be identified, imagine what would happen if the product caused a bad health reaction. Obviously, there would be no means to hold them accountable. Despite the loss of $200, it’s not worth the risk. This stuff is going in the trash where it belongs.
