Had to wait a little while

Don’t get sucked in by Erth labs advertising! I purchased the starter kit and at checkout, fell for the “second bag” for a reduced price. My credit card was charged $81 immediately but the product didn’t arrive for 22 days.

I didn’t realize ordering the second bag signed me up for a double subscription! The subscription was supposed to mean I would receive product every 30 days. Yet my second shipment was “initiated” just 4 days after I received the first!

I tried the product and found it upset my stomach. So I immediately cancelled my subscription. By then, they had already charged me an additional $115 dollars for a second shipment I did not receive for another 3 weeks. I was told once initiated, an order cannot be cancelled, despite the fact they didn’t ship it for another two weeks.

I repeatedly requested my money back under their 45 day guarantee. I was told they have a “no refunds” and “no returns” policy. After sending them screenshots of their website proving their “no risk”, “no questions asked” 45 day guarantee, I’m being told my request is being reviewed but IF they determination I qualify, it will only be for the starter kit, NOT the additional bag of coffee or the second shipment. At this point, I have almost $200 sunk into coffee I can’t drink while this bogus company is considering whether they will refund $28.

Do your research! I wish I would have. It’s impossible to find a company address, working telephone number or even owner. The owners are hiding behind a shell company. That should tell you everything you need to know about this company. Even if I liked the coffee, I would be afraid to drink it. Since they obviously don’t want to be identified, imagine what would happen if the product caused a bad health reaction. Obviously, there would be no means to hold them accountable. Despite the loss of $200, it’s not worth the risk. This stuff is going in the trash where it belongs.

It is impossible to unsubscribe. You don't answer emails and there is no way to unsubscribe on the website either. The coffee is good and if I could just order it when I wanted I would continue to use it. I had to contact my bank and have them refuse any charges from your company from now on/

This company is a flipping sucks and is a fraud. I haven’t received one product I ordered.

I started with One Dose but likes that Erth had more quality ingredients. Taste is good. I doctor mine up a bit but it’s a smooth taste with no aftertaste.

I would love to leave a review for this product but we never received our order from over a month ago. I attempted to cancel this order after 3 weeks and was told that it was too late even though they still had not shipped it! And 10 days later still nothing. Terrible customer service and I will never recommend their products...good luck!

Gave me a tummy ache and made me feel nauseous.

Didn’t feel more energized or benefit in the least.

The ad weaves a good story which is why I purchased it. However, I feel it was a lot of hype for nothing.

Certainly would NOT recommend this product.

Taste is horrible. I’m not too hopeful that I’ve managed to cancel any future shipments, I guess we’ll see… one month is coming up!
I’ve got my original shipment ready to return, since the day I received it, not yet notified how to do so!
I didn’t want a subscription, I wanted to try the product. To me it tastes like old powdered milk, yuck!!!

It took over 2 weeks to receive my product didn't last 30 days but I do notice a change I feel a little more energetic and The taste is great

Ive been ripped off by you and its fraud on 6-15 I paid you 29.00 and 19.00 for products never recieved them but a message from paul saying they soon be will be coming that was 3 weeks to ad insult you now have billed me 75.00 so refund my money or I will resort to legal matters

I love Erth coffee, and I am excited about receiving it every month. However when i sign into my account I cannot see the amount that I'm being charged, and that should be corrected. I shouldn't have to email a company to get that information.

It took a bit of time to get answers but in the end a lovely kind message tonight cancelling my subscription that i myself made the mistake signing up for a reaccurring product....i may order more in the future but at my own speed...as i do have it in the morning, not my usual coffee! Thankyou again for yr support in this matter!

I have been on this for 1 1/2 months and I have seen no change in my bely fat. I ordered 2 bags and you sent me 2 more bags in less than 2 weeks, what the heck?? I hadn't finished my first bag and you sent me more. I sure hope your 100% money back guarantee is real because I will be returning the last 2 bags..

Wishing I known this sooner about your method of shipping instead of not sending product to my post office box at the post office, so we wouldn't have this chaos of confusion. Just plainly crazy on management part on the communication
