I have been on this for 1 1/2 months and I have seen no change in my bely fat. I ordered 2 bags and you sent me 2 more bags in less than 2 weeks, what the heck?? I hadn't finished my first bag and you sent me more. I sure hope your 100% money back guarantee is real because I will be returning the last 2 bags..

Wishing I known this sooner about your method of shipping instead of not sending product to my post office box at the post office, so we wouldn't have this chaos of confusion. Just plainly crazy on management part on the communication

You sent me a reorder without my Permission and no one answers emails.

I ordered their starter kit and purchased 2 additional bags of coffee. I was unaware that I was signing up for a subscription. In fact, I looked carefully before purchasing to make sure I wasn't signing up for a subscription, but low and behold, I got into a subscription.
I received my order, in a timely manner, but all the products I paid for were not there, specifically the 2 additional bags of coffee. I waited a couple days for another package to arrive or some indication on the website letting me know it was coming. I sent an email to customer service, per their website instruction, requesting information about my missing items. No response after a week, so I sent another email and another. After 3 emails, I finally heard back from ErthLabs customer service. By now, the second order of the subscription had been charged to my credit card. By this time, I cancelled the subscription online, confirmed in their response. However, after 2 weeks, I have no idea whether I will receive an order because there isn't any update on shipping. If my subscription is cancelled, I never received a refund for the money charged to my credit card. What a scam!

Do better, ErthLabs - Your business practices are deceptive. First and foremost, be truthful with your customers and clearly inform them that they are signing up for a subscription. Second, get a real customer service process. It should never take 3 contacts to get a response. If your product is as good as you say it is, stand behind it and treat your customers with respect. I am reporting you to the BBB and have initiated legal action to get the money back you literally stole from me.

I ordered by Erth Labs products months ago and asked for an update on the shipping. There was an internal issue with shipping to PO Boxes that they were able to rectify and should be receiving my order soon. The communication was clear and helpful.

Product well packaged tastes fine .no paperwork or info with product just box and goods. Arrived timely ..free for her device broke on first go have managed to fix it but don't think will last

It took FOREVER for my order to arrive!!
Very disappointing. Now I am not at home so I can't even try it. I did not authorize a "subscription delivery"...it was only a few days after the delivery that they wanted to charge me again for another order. NO THANK YOU!
I cancelled.....not interested, even if I end up liking it.

I just started drinking this coffee yesterday. I was drinking Cuppa and I really liked the taste of Cuppa. My husband made my coffee with a small amount of creamer like I always have it and when I tasted it, it was like drinking tea with creamer. You advertised that your coffee tastes more like coffee but it does not. It taste good, but it does not taste like coffee, It taste like tea. I’m going to give it a month to see how it makes me feel. I was not happy about how long it took to receive it. The delivery service would not give a day and time it would deliver. It would just say that it was ordered. I hope this mushroom coffee’s benefits really are good. We shall see

The mix was ok. But the customer service is not good. I ordered the introductory kit and I did not really like the product so I wanted to see if I was enrolled in a subscription. From the website I couldn't tell, nor did I get an email or literature in my kit advising me of a subscription. I reach out to customer service via email and they still have not clarified that for me. I also cannot find a phone number, either.

Earth Labs uses Shopify which is connected to my Shop app. Tried to block further orders on my credit card (never authorized subscription > deceptive billing). No can do > options are to cancel the card and get a new one. There are no subscriptions in Shop app so I can't cancel. Earth Labs says to login to Portal to get an account login link. That was a no go. Chatted with Shopify. They don't handle subscriptions > the merchant does. So I am basically left with cancelling the card at my bank. I have sent an email to Earth Labs a week ago and are pretty sure I will never hear from them. Also Shop says deleting the card in the app does not stop the subscription and I worry that the next time I want to buy something using Shopify/Shop with my new card > Earth Labs will renew the orders again. What nightmare!

Hi. First of all I love your coffee. I'm a little confused. I did my first order on June 11. I accidentally order two starter kids. I received two starter kids but only one bag of coffee. Was i supposed to received two bags of coffee? Then I was charged twice for automatic shipping July 9. I finally received my coffee. It took forever to get to me. Please check to see if I should have one more bag. Thank you for your time ⏲️

I had difficulty in contacting customer service at first but finally got through. The first response stated that it was too late to cancel an order but l had not placed any order other than my initial order. I wanted to try your products to see if I liked mushroom coffee etc. Anyhow, next message stated that the order had indeed been canceled . That was very professional and basically sold me on your company and your products. I appreciate the quick response and action taken by customer service.

I had been seeing ads for mushroom coffee and I researched/read reviews etc. I decided to try Erth as some reviews mentioned it tasted good, no mushroom taste.
Well I'm hooked now, it's good with no mushroom or earthy taste. I do add cream and either caramel or toffee and I admit, I like my coffee this way, with Erth. I think it actually tastes better than regular coffee. I haven't been drinking it long ago I haven't seen any results yet but I'm looking forward to seeing what it does. Thank you Erth!
