DON'T USE!!

Never received my order!

Never received a tracking number, or estimated delivery date.
If you have a photo of the delivery, maybe I can find which neighbor has my coffee.

I had been seeing ads for mushroom coffee and I researched/read reviews etc. I decided to try Erth as some reviews mentioned it tasted good, no mushroom taste.
Well I'm hooked now, it's good with no mushroom or earthy taste. I do add cream and either caramel or toffee and I admit, I like my coffee this way, with Erth. I think it actually tastes better than regular coffee. I haven't been drinking it long ago I haven't seen any results yet but I'm looking forward to seeing what it does. Thank you Erth!

I Never reordered & Never signed up for a subscription, yet here I am after receiving a second order, being asked to review my experience! Well brace yourself! I've sent several emails stating that I did not sign up for a subscription (in fact, I purposely checked the site before ordering to make sure that there was not a subscription!) & asking why I was receiving another shipment when I did not order one! & asking to stop it & cancel any further shipments!! I've Not received any communication or responses from anyone at your company & will look to legal assistance with this next!!!!!!

I have cancelled my order 3 times through email 7/11, 7/14, 7/20 & 7/29. I can’t get into my portal. You have sent me that response 2 times. Please put my mom back into my account. That order you shipped out is being shipped back out to you! I’m CC: the proper Business Authorities.

My question was answered immediately which I found very satisfying and reassuring! There is nothing worse than reaching out and being met with anxiety producing silence. For me this quick response as a first time customer goes a far way in making me a return customer.

Very disappointed. I did a one time purchase and you signed me up for a subscription. I have tried to cancel since before the first one was sent. Unable to access the page due to “email not recognized” but it’s the same email you send everything to. You are thieves at this point since you continue to charge me even though I have emails where you said it has been canceled. Would never order from this company again regardless of product. Untrustworthy. Completely dissatisfied

Stole my money, strung me along for a month with ( it coming, sorry, delays etc) then charged me for the next month $10more. I called the CC company & instituted fraud against the thieves.

It takes too long to receive the shipment of product. I have tried cane welling the subscription but no return communication has come to me from ERTH Labs

Thia coffee unfortunately does not agree with me at all therefore I will not be purchasing any more

Worst product ever. I ordered this as a one-time purchase. Then started receiving monthly. I have tried to cancel multiple times. They begin to send me non working links to cancel and my username/email address cannot be found. I had to filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission. Please read the reviews for this merchant before you purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. IT IS A SCAM.

I asked to cancel & not ship anymore after trial. I was charged & shipped more weeks after request & no one replied to my request. I also think it tastes terrible. Taste bad & would not drink it. Only company I have dealt with that won't take back unopened product

This was the worst mushroom coffee I have had. It just tasted really dirty and disgusting. I have reordered my previous mushroom coffee and I don’t even want to offer order of Erth to anyone to try. I’m sorry but taste is what means the most to me.
