I have not received my products yet, but I would like to comment that I was charged $5 for "insurance" when I added a product (the ones they offer during checkout) and I did not see anyplace that I was adding that. When I sent an email - the answer was that they could not change it because it had already shipped. So, be careful if you "add on" a product at checkout that you look for insurance being added for $5.

I am writing this review in hopes of finally getting a refund from Erth Labs. I should have known something was wrong with this company; I had to contact them two times to get my tracking updates, they were giving me a false tracking number. To make matters worse, I am being charged for a subscription that I cannot seem to cancel.I have sent multiple emails to the support email address, but the link they sent me, which is the same as the one on their website, doesn't work !! I am stuck with them ! They continue to send my packages (that I dont open) and to charge me !! This lack of communication and support is completely unacceptable. I request an immediate refund and the permanent cancellation of any active subscription under my name. Please contact me to resolve this issue.

I placed my first order June 20th this year and have yet to receive it. I ordered a one time purchase and as of today they charged me for a second shipment. I received an email confirming the cancellation of the subscription I never authorized and then this morning I have another charge for for a shipment. This is a total scam. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to decline payment. I am beyond furious. Do not order from this company.

I'm not sure how they can improve but I was not impressed I had one cup so I would try another just to make sure but I will not be drinking the rest of it I like my everyday dose much better

Terrible communication. Trap people into a subscription

Taste is good. Not helping with tiredness or brain fog. Too low dosages of mushrooms!

The flavour is good... but the whole process of sneaky subscription & debacle trying to cancel it, just wrecks the whole experience

Your product is fine but your Customer Service is Shocking, Firstly I hadn’t realised I had signed up for a subscription , when I wanted to cancel no one will reply, Please cancel with Immediate Effect, Thank You

Gross, made me sick. Scammers that put you into an unauthorised subscription.

I ordered over six weeks ago and still haven't recieved my order. They've also billed my card again based on a monthly shipping cycle to which I never agreed to. I only wanted to try it, not subscribe. I feel scammed and want my money back. Who would want to be billed a second time, for something that was never shipped in the first place. Further more the portal for the link to resolve this issue doesn't work.

Ordered and never received. So I went back to Ryze, where I know I'll get my orders delivered.

Terrible service & will not order anything again You had to sign up for Auto ship to get trial which took over month to get then they charged & sent next shipment within 5 days of getting 1st. No one would reply to endless emails I sent They are happy to charge your credit card but not reply to requests🥶

I’ve only tried it twice, it was pretty good.

I ordered the product and didn't receive it until more than 3 weeks later. The product is inferior to other products tried very watery not much flavor. Then a week and a half later they auto shipped it again. I tried to contact them to stop the shipment with no luck. I have tried to cancel future shipments and hope that it worked.

Very good taste. Just can't use it fast enough for a renewal subscription.

I ordered m coffee on 7/11 and still have not received it. Tried via email and dm on instagram and received one response and a tracker for my order. Noticed it was shipped from china and now sitting with a shipper in LA. I have asked to cancel my subscription due to the fact I have not received my starter kit and of course no response. Terrible customer service.
