I had to order a replacement directly…
I had to order a replacement directly from ERA because Travis Perkins got the sizing wrong and also sent a previous model of the lock. My order with you was placed on condition that a delivery date was met. It was not and I therefore had to cancel. It was confirmed by Shaz, who incidentally gave excellent service throughout, that the funds would be credited to my credit card quickly. That is now getting on for 4 weeks ago and the credit has not been applied.

We do advise that refunds will be processed within 14 days, and once completed will be back on your card within 3-4 days subject your card issuers terms.
On this occasion, there was a delay sending your details to our accounts team, and once done your refund was processed.
I have checked our systems, and the refund has completed. If the payment is not back in your account, please check with your card issuer.

Excellent Product and Excellent Aftercare Service.
ERA Total Security are an excellent company to deal with. We have purchased numerous self install systems from them over time. Recently purchased a new system and because it is an upgraded from our old system, we had a few problems with the installation. After a couple of calls to the excellent, very patient customer helpline we managed to resolve some issues over the phone and get the new system working. Without their help we would not have managed it. They really are worth their weight in gold. Thank you guys.

I could not ask for better assistance and service.
The set I bought was very reasonably priced and although we had a couple of issues setting the system up, phone assistance help was first class and set out a replacement sounder within 24 hours!

The actual alarm is very good
The actual alarm is very good. But, the door bell doesn’t register all the movements. People come around in & out & not registering it. It is missing lots of activities. Video's disappear very quickly, i would prefer if it can be saved for 24 hrs at least.

If you have an active subscription on your account, then your video clips will be stored on a rolling 30 days basis, and these clips can be found when selecting Activity in your app.

I have found ERA to provide the best…
I have found ERA to provide the best customer service I have had. I bought and installed my alarm but had a couple of questions while doing it. First thing was the call I made got answered promptly and person at the other end talked me through getting things right. They led me through the installation very professionally. Recently I needed a replacement remote and again when I called they answered quickly and told me what I needed and how to pair the new device. It’s not easy at times to get to speak to a human being and usually involves hanging on a call forever. When you get through you are often disappointed. On both occasions ERA have scored 5 stars

Customer service is great
Customer service is great. Ordered an item but had an issue about it.
Contacted customer service via email, they confirmed that the item wasn’t suitable for my door so they offered a full refund. They’d arrange a currier to collect my item asp, but then called to let me know an employee lived near by so at a time of my convenience they would pop over and collect the item, which they did.
John was especially helpful throughout the whole process.
