Ordered ring to be shipped to Canada for my anniversary. Rings hasn’t shown up, Canada Post says they can’t do anything and to contact sender. Enso allows you fill out a form or use the text line. Well, their customer service text line is useless because no one is responding after numerous messages and they answer their form after 24 hours. So much for speedy customer service.
I just want my refund, as since I’m waiting for a response, I’ve already purchased a replacement ring elsewhere and it’s being delivered tomorrow. So thanks for all that “service”

Ring lasted three months and has completely worn out. Not worth the money at all.

Ne vous laissez pas avoir par les beaux design des pub ! Bague en silicone extrêmement fin, je doute de la tenue dans la durée ! Très déçue !! Vu le prix je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux, surtout quand on rajoute les frais de port (environ 10€) et la très désagréable surprise de devoir ajouter 17€ de frais de douane à la réception !!! Honteux de ne pas avertir les clients de ces frais supplémentaires !!!

Bought a set of rings 3 months ago for my wife's birthday and one of the silicon rings started getting tears. Reached out to support and we couldn't get a refund for the defective ring nor could we get a replacement ring for free. Service didn't address my question to speak to a manager and left me feeling like I wasted my money on these rings. If you purchase a ring from Enso, don't expect a good quality product and customer service is non existent.

Buyers beware. The fact they were very useful and prompt to answer all my questions before purchasing only to become the polar opposite is not new in most sales, but the sharp contrast was mind boggling. As others here, I saw their real colors when it was time to make things right through their “lifetime warranty.” When their product does not hold its quality, they want you to pay shipping ($5.50) even if the reason you are having to go through this has nothing to do with something you did. Their take-it-or-leave-it and transactional attitude goes beyond the customer service level but all the way to the top (yes, I am talking about the CEO... R..... W......). I attempted to contact them multiple times to speak with someone, but they answered in the only way they know how: by ignoring customers.

Waste of money. I have had less than two months and it has faded to all black. The celestial design is gone.

Don't believe the "no hassle" exchange and return on their site, they actually make it impossible to do and have no intention of returning any money or providing any customer service. At least Qalo will give a partial discount without any questions asked.

A great everyday substitute for my gold wedding ring, the silicon is safer and more practical for gym work or manual labour. The wife and I have several different designs that we alternate. The metallic effects look amazing, a personal favourite is the 'Dragon' with it's light adjusting colour. The rings have proved tough so far but are also cheap enough to replace. Delivery can understandably take some time from the US. Customer service has been exceptional from Enso.

Ordered from the australia. Did not receive the rings. They apparently charge you premium to add the capability of refunding and requesting a new shipment of your order. Please report to FTC

Tried to order from them and can't get my size for the thin one on any model, tired contacting them and the response is they are limited from the molds they have available. its disapointing...

Unless you want one of their special designs, I wouldn't buy from them. I have been wearing a ring I bought from them 8 months ago and it's already starting to tear. Although they have a lifetime warranty on the rings, you have to pay $10USD for shipping each time your ring rips. It's much cheaper to buy a set of silicon rings off Amazon and get new ones whenever they wear.

Terrible customer support. The product is not high quality. Mark my words: The ring will stretch, tear and degrade and you will end up paying them time and time again to get a new one under their 'warranty'. Save yourself the $, get a cheap silicone ring elsewhere and toss it in the trash when it degrades, then get a new cheap one. Stay away from Enso Rings.

tl;dr They changed their warranty practices and are now charging $4.99 in "domestic shipping" for torn rings. I'm pretty sure that covers shipping, the ring and then some. Pretty shady business practices.

My wife and I work in the trades and rock climb avidly so we decided to use Enso rings as our primary rings to avoid ring avulsion. We bought them in 2017 and paid $31 per ring. Originally we received free warranty replacements under their lifetime warranty. Then they changed their warranty program in 2019 and started requiring $4.99 in domestic shipping for a ring replacement. I don't believe for a second that it actually costs that much to ship a silicone ring domestically. If it were <$2 I could believe it and be ok with paying it but it feels like they're charging for shipping, the cost of the ring, and then some.

So disappointed! I paid over $35 for a rose gold silicone thin band ( that costs much less to make!) and I have a very visible tear in it. Now, I am expected to pay for shipping for a replacement ring and pay to ship the damaged one back. (This all after I sent pictures as proof of the damage).

For all the money this company makes, you would think they'd pay for the shipping of the replacement and let me toss the torn one in the garbage.

Go to Claire's and get a fake ring or order any other silicone band for much cheaper off amazon.

I shared my disappointment with customer service and they replied that they need to charge me the shipping fee ( for a replacement) because of the pandemic affecting their business (which is NOT a small business and who's prices are expensive).

I am a front line healthcare worker in one of the most affected regions of NYC and I know just how bad this pandemic is. For anyone to use it as an excuse to not pay for their customer's $5 shipping label for a replacement band ( due to POOR quality) is pathetic.

If I could give no stars, I would.

I ordered an engagement set, and three hours after proposing, three hours after the first wear, my ring started to rip. All I did was wash my hands with soap and water which changed the color of the meteorite band I got immediately.
Absolutely crap product. Almost 100 dollars for .25 an ounce of silicone only for it to rip moments after putting it on. I don't know how this company exists with such a shotty product. They did accept my return for a full refund with no hassle, so there is that.

Amazing customer support. Both my husband and I got the Meteorite ring and we both love them. Super comfortable. The color is what I expected. Also love the bracelet. Would order more for sure.

Outstanding customer service! I bought my husband’s wedding band through Enso over a year ago and when it broke recently they swiftly responded, fulfilled the lifetime guarantee without any fuss and shipped it to us internationally at no extra charge.

I ordered one of the metallic looking rings as I wanted something I could wear all day in work and not worry about leaving in my gym bag in the evening. The ring that arrived looked nothing like the picture. It was dull grey and didn't have any metallic look to it. It was also scuffed around the edge where it had been poorly moulded. I paid $28 for something that looks like it cost about 20c to make. I returned the ring for a full refund but had to pay to ship it back and wasn't refunded my $8 shipping. Feeling a bit conned.

I know a silicone ring is never going to look exactly like my wedding ring, but the pictures on the site are very misleading.

Ordered 4 rings from them. In about 2 weeks they reached my doorstep and I'm very much happy with my purchase. The sizes were right and they looked as advertised. Quality products with quality service so far.
