We are from Brazil
We are from Brazil, and was our first time driving a RV. The RV was great. Clean and easy to drive, ours was an RV classe C 32ft with slides out. We were in 4 adults and 2 kids. We have plenty space and comfort.
We stayed at campgrounds with f ull hookups.
We have a problem with the water heating system. Specifically with the propane heating. It took so long to heat the water with the electric system. More than an hour.
Fortunately we don’t stay in cold places for long time.
The staff were generous and helpful.
We don’t call warning the time for picking up the rv so it took some time to prepare the RV at the check in.
Besides the was a great experience, we will do it again!

RV Novices (1st time)
I wish I'd have done a better job of getting his name but I believe it was Jonathan at the Santa Fe Springs location where we picked up was INCREDIBLE. We had a wonderful check-in experience. Our drop off in Santa Cruz was lackluster in comparison.

Did not get the RV i rented. Water pipe was broken and it got me covered in dirty water.
Did not get the RV i rented. In fact got a smaller one. My father, who also rented that week, payed less yet his rv was bigger and better. When I asked Rosie at the front desk she responded by trying to gaslight me into thinking they were the same size when they literally werent. I got pictures. The water pipe also malfunctioned and when I took off the cap it sprayed urine and feces water all over me. Both the gray plug and black plug were in the closed positions yet somehow it still leaked and got me soaked. It was ridiculous. You would think they would provide a discount or at least apologize....nope. Nothing. At this point I dont think ill be renting at El Monte RV anymore. Too expensive to not even get the product I wanted.

Professional and Thorough
The staff was professional and easy to work with. Asking questions prior to picking up the RV was painless and all questions were answered without delay. The drop off was quick and easy. They even showed me a rebate (AAA) that I didn't know about beforehand and ended up giving me back $300 from my prepaid rental. Great experince!!!

My experience was really good, the workers especially Milan and the woman at the desk (i don’t remember her name…) were really nice and helped us for our trip and introduced us well in the RV. Next time definitely El Monte RV San Francisco again, Thank you!

The stuff was friendly but it wasn't…
The stuff was friendly but it wasn't possible to charge our credit card for the deposit. They made it to our problem although the card worked at every time before and after, even for the company. The employees found a solution, but it took us four hours - a systematic failure. The RV was old but ok. It could have been fine but their problem with the deposit was unacceptable.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden
Unkomplizierte Übernahme in Las Vegas, unkomplizierte Übergabe in San Francisco. Die Mitarbeiter waren zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Camper war in einem sehr guten Zustand und man konnte alles mögliche dazubuchen (Navigationsgerät, Küchenuntensilien, Badetücher, Bettbezüge, Decken, etc.)
Wir würden jederzeit wieder über El Monte RV einen Camper buchen.

Pick up and drop off was easy
Pick up and drop off was easy, they show all the steps on how to use the RV, was clean and ready for pickup at agreed time. Staff is kind and knowledgeable of products. Would definitely rent again.
