Super expérience en camping car et tres bien équipé très confortable et prise en mains facile

The rv was not clean. We had to empty the black tank. On the second Day we had slug in toilet bowl.
The fuel tank was not full.
In the kitchen kit you did not provide any sauce pan....

Staff at Santee El Monte
was courteous, informative, very knowledgeable.

Overall experience was good. only thing that didn’t work was the awning one arm of the awning needed Assistant opening up.

No se puede estacionar en ningún lado de todos lados te echan a los 100 km se prendió el cheq del motor usándola súper despacio a50 millas máximo. No me reembolsaron nada la chica que me atendió no sabía español no sé ocupó de buscar algún que supiera. Me cobró por las sillas y no me las dio pagué por mil millas use 200 y ni siquiera eso me reembolsó. Nadie me avisó que era tan difícil llegué a un camping tarde 19 hs y no se podía entrar traté de dormir en un Walmart y nos hecharon. Luego en un estacionamiento de camiones y tambie a las 3 hs nos hecharon osea no pude dormir en ningún lado cuando me dijeron que había muchos lugares.

We had an incredible trip! The staff of El Monte RV is very kind and friendly. They helped us quickly with any problems. The RV was modern and as described. I highly recommend them for any trip in the US.

The experience didn’t start very well. As stated on their website, we called a day in advance to confirm the motorhome pick-up time. We arrived at their office at 9:15, as I understood the agreed time to be 9:30. However, the company insisted the time was 1:30. After discussing it with the person in charge, there was nothing we could do, and we had to wait.

In the end, they handed over the motorhome about fifteen minutes earlier than the time they had indicated. Everything else went smoothly and according to what had been agreed.

The vehicle’s radio is of very low quality, and the overall finishes of the motorhome are not great either. This results in a lot of noise while driving. I understand that some noise is normal, but in this case, it felt excessive.

That said, traveling by motorhome is an experience that is absolutely worth it.

We had a great experience with this RV rental company. Everything went smoothly, and the process was straightforward from start to finish.

The RV itself was easy to drive and very well maintained, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable.

A special thank you to Yuridia, who was fantastic to work with. She’s a young, positive professional who was incredibly easy to talk to. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. It really made a difference having someone so approachable and helpful.

The only small thing we noticed was that the RV didn’t have a cutting board, but aside from that, everything was great.

Overall, it was a pleasure dealing with her and the company. We’d definitely recommend them and would rent again.

Decent RV about 18 months old. It was clean and tidy. Had issues with the house batteries and got them replaced. Still didn't have enough power to operate the slide out at all times. But we managed with it. Staff were good. The RV served a good purpose and we were satisfied.

Very good RV company. There's a lot of additional fees usually, which is fine. The RV is a little bit older than their partner Road Bear RV but all in all it is a great experience, with a nice location and a nice dealership

We loved our RV. It was immaculate! The service reserving, picking up, and dropping off was great. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars, is the generator went out the first night we had the RV. It shortened one of our days at Zion which was very disappointing because we had to take it to their recommended mechanic. If it had not been for that, it would have been perfect. I would definitely rent with El Montey again though!

We've rented every year for the last 5-6 from El Monte and this was probably the easiest, most seamless, and best year. From checkout to return and our use of the RV in between, we were pleased with all aspects. The RV worked as needed with nice upgrades to the interior space and easy to understand power systems. We'll continue to rent from El Monte in the future.

We've rented fron el monte several times. Always a great experience. The reason I only gave you 3 stars is that this time rv had a few issues. The only usb that worked was the one on the radio all other either didn't work or would discharge devices. Also rv had alot of road noise. Other than that we had a good time and we will rent again.
