We've rented fron el monte several times. Always a great experience. The reason I only gave you 3 stars is that this time rv had a few issues. The only usb that worked was the one on the radio all other either didn't work or would discharge devices. Also rv had alot of road noise. Other than that we had a good time and we will rent again.

RV pickup was easy
RV pickup was easy, we decided to extend a day and was able to call and modify our reservation mid-trip. RV was clean and new (less than 2 years old) we considered private rentals before using El Monte. Going thru a company was better than private and the whole process was as easy as renting a car.

Terrific experience with El Monte RV! We rented a 26’ practically new Class C for a long weekend trip. The rental process was very easy, their agent (Milan) did a great job showing us “the ropes”. The RV was well appointed, and very easy to drive. We had been talking about renting an RV for years, so glad we decided to go with El Monte, looking forward to our next RV adventure!

I had an excellent experience renting an RV from El Monte RV. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before we hit the road.
The RV itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. It drove great and gave us peace of mind throughout our journey. Pickup and drop-off were both efficient, with no surprises.

Highly recommend
Excellent experience from Start to finish. Scott who is based in Australia called to discuss some details and also recommended RV app KOA, which we used for several nights. The pick up went smoothly and they bream were very thorough when running through the vehicle features etc. We opted for the drop and go service so literally dropped off and left ( we did clean up inside). Would definitely recommend them and will use them again for pur next road trip, thank you

Good instructions form beginning to end. Each mail had good instructions what the steps were before renting the RV.
The day of renting was quick and smooth less. Very good experience.
the day of returning too. everything was good and positive. If I had to think of one constructive feedback I would say the floors of both RVs were very dirty. I tried cleaning them myself but it was not easy. overall a very positive experience. Will rent from them again.

We had the pleasure of renting an RV from El Monte in Dublin, CA. We were met by positive, smiling and well-meaning employees and they gave a thorough introduction to all the technical and practical aspects of the RV. For a camper built in 2025
For a camper built in 2025, it had already seen some wear and tear. There was water damage in the hallway, and the doors on the seating area needed to be repaired. Still, everything worked. Unfortunately, the kitchen utensils weren’t clean when we arrived, so our departure was delayed a bit. Other than that, everything was great and hassle-free.

We had a great experience renting an RV for an 11-night trip. We had a thorough tour of several models to get the one we liked best. It was very clean and well-equipped. Everyone, especially the manager in Agoura Hills, CA, was helpful and understanding of our questions. We highly recommend El Monte RV.

Quick and easy pick up
Quick and easy pick up. Excellent vehicle. Tremendous customer service. Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely deal with El Monte if I ever return to Las Vegas for another road trip.

Hidden fees - read the fine print…
The check out took longer than expected. There were hidden fees that seemed suspect. You rent an RV but it doesn't come with any mileage? At least the mileage was only $30 for 100 miles and I only needed 400 miles. Still, kind of weird. Then we were told that the return time was between 9 am and 11 am or we'd be charged $50 for every hour it was after that. Mind you, we picked up the RV at 2 pm - seems like this should have been made clear prior. Fortunately when we checked the RV back in, that process was quick and we were not charged extra money for being an hour later than 11 am.
