We have been with Elite since August 2023, and they have always provided outstanding service. Recently, we needed a few Sims activated with a quick turnaround, which Elite was efficient in. They communicated with us through the whole process and were able to hit our target date. Thanks again!

Elite made our switch from an old on-prem phone system to a cloud based system very straightforward. They proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the project, from the initial phone system design and options, through to delivery and switchover. I have been working with Elite for the past 10+ years. I find them, very responsive, very professional and passionate about service. My calls, tickets, emails are always responded to very quickly and resolutions follow as soon as possible. Should there be any ongoing issues, Elite communicate all steps on a regular basis. Elite are so helpful when it comes to keeping our internet system up and running. Everything they have installed is very reliable, but on the odd occasion that something goes wrong they're very helpful, stay in constant communication, and go above and beyond to get things fixed quickly.

Danielle Doolan has been exceptional in regards to the whole sim swap-over process, she's very quick to action any requests or worries that I have and has made this process very reassuring!

Also, a big shoutout to Samuel Gray for looking after the company is always, at COOK we're always trying new things and new systems and Sam has been nothing but accommodating and efficient on his end!
