Ive dealt with Elite for a number of years and always found their service to be top notch. Should any issues arise, they are dealt with quickly and with the minimum of fuss and the friendly and knowledgeable account team often go above and beyond of what is expected to provide an excellent service.

A top company to deal with, we just signed a deal for 10 company mobile phone contracts. Our consultant Ben Hewitt made the process seamless and stress free, and most importantly saved us money.

We usually require mobile handsets urgently and once we have reached out to the team, they work very quickly to deliver the best results for us.
We generally receive the handsets within a couple of days from the initial contact, which is perfect for our requirements.

Changes very promptly carried out and handled in a very professional manner.

First Visit to Elite Southampton. Chose Elite to get new exhuast, new Tyres and Free Brake check. Could not ask for better friendly customer service from the time you walk in until completion of job. Will definetly use again and recommend to friends.

Elite contacted us in July 2023 to say they were ceasing to provide the old telephone service and they would transfer us onto a new service. We were provided with quotes and we agreed to transfer. About a week later Elite rang to tell us they could not provide a service after all because our company was too small - we have 3 members of staff. They suggested we find alternative supplier. We did this and rang them again- just to double check, that we needed to find an alternative supplier. This was confirmed and we took out a new contract with the new supplier. Then we tried to port our numbers to the new supplier. After 8 months of stalling, it was finally done in April. During this 8 month wait, we have been paying our new supplier, BUT Elite have continued to charge us £250 a month as well, even though we haven't used their services they no longer wanted our business.

Elite Group are the worst company we have ever had the misfortune to deal with. After receiving clear written instructions to do a simple change to our landline telephone service they actually CEASED it all instead. They admitted total liability for the error by email but gave us little help restoring it, this taking over five days. Our estimated loss of business due to this error was over £5000 but they just referred us to their 'Terms and Conditions' that effectively seem to absolve them of any liability for consequential loss, even if caused by their errors or omissions! We have been in dispute with them for years over this, and almost every time we called our assigned 'case handler' it was a different person. I suspect staff do not stay there long!

Spoke to Elite Group to help set up a new Business Mobile plan. They provided great a customer service and got everything up and running with no issues!
