Absolute rubbish
Delay after delay, terrible communication and no handover when the person dealing with your case goes on holiday.
The first delay was during the initial ordering as there was an error in the forms. My assigned handler, Chris, had gone on holiday for a week and no one else would pick up the case despite me asking them to.
Once that was fixed and we finally got a delivery date we booked a family holiday around it. The day before delivery, the car was cancelled because they had found a fault. We were then left for two weeks being told the same thing every time we chased: they were “trying to find a dealer to book it in to”. No meaningful updates, no clear timescale and no car.
Because of this, we had to pay out of our own pocket for a hire car. We also paid privately for the home EV charger installation, which has now been done for nothing because we still have no car.
After two weeks of chasing, we were eventually told to submit a complaint and choose a different car. Luckily, we found a similar replacement (but with more miles and cosmetic damage) and requested a reservation with Chris. Despite emails and calls, once again no response. I’ve just found out he’s gone on holiday again and the car we were trying to reserve has gone. We are now back to square one with no suitable alternative car and financially out of pocket because of costs caused by their delays.
The whole process has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish.
If you use this company, make sure you have an alternative means of transport and plenty of patience. Personally, I would strongly recommend avoiding them and reading the other reviews before committing.

Firstly, I'd like to apologise for the frustration and disappointment you've experienced. We completely understand how upsetting it was to have the original vehicle withdrawn the day before delivery, particularly after you had made plans around its arrival.
Unfortunately, a fault was identified during the final pre-delivery checks on the vehicle, but I completely appreciate that the uncertainty which followed, along with the delays in finding a suitable resolution, caused understandable concern.
I understand you are in contact with our Sales Manager and that there was some concern about the availability of the replacement vehicle. I'm glad we were able to reassure you that it had been reserved while those discussions were taking place.
We recognise that there were periods when communication did not meet the standard we strive to provide. Our focus is ensuring that your vehicle is delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible, and we'll continue to support you every step of the way.

The whole process from quote to delivery was really smooth. I got quotes for a few different options and the from Chris in the customer care team which was very easy and responsive.
Delivery happened as scheduled with the car delivered to my door on schedule.

Super Happy with every Aspect of car and service
I was quite indecisive after I clicked to order, and Michael David was very helpful and friendly with this process and held the car for me over the weekend after I did all my research on that particular car (which was used). I also had a few questions regarding the process and Michael was always available to take my call and returned my emails within a couple of hours. Once I was happy and proceeded - Tara then reached out with informative email with vehicle details and supported my questions on delivery and anything else I needed, nothing was too much trouble. Delivery team texted me the morning delivery was due within an hour of delivery time and the handover was super easy and informative. The car was then delivered to me at home during my specified timings and was just as described. I literally had my car within 9 days of my order. Thank you to the whole team.

The process was easy and straight forward to complete, howver, placing you private number plate on the car was a little more drawn out.
A straight forward process, the company kept in regular contact, offing updates on a weekly basis.
The only thing that I could pick fault with was that when I originally ordered the car, I was told delivery time would be 8 - 12 weeks, once the order was processed this time went to 16 - 18 weeks. However, in the end my vehicle was delivered only 3 weeks later than the original estimated dates.
