Easy to use portal and clear to see the costs of different models of car. Staff were helpful and responsive to queries.
The only down side was that it is not possible to set more specific search criteria beyond the limited ones available on the portal meaning I had to research which make and model of cars had AWD to see if they had the requirements I was looking for rather than being able to narrow my search on the portal.

After experiencing significant delays with the previous provider, Fleet Alliance were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and helping me choose a vehicle that I may not otherwise have considered. The car has proven to be perfect for my needs.
The level of service throughout has been excellent. All of my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, with prompt responses and great customer service at every stage. The delivery process was smooth and completed within the expected timescales.
The online portal is clear, easy to navigate, and offers a huge range of vehicles and options to choose from, making the selection process straightforward. The documentation was simple and easy to complete, which made the overall experience stress-free.

Used Electric car 'no longer available'
I selected a used electric car and got all the documents signed but your agent got back to me a few days later to say that the car was no longer available and I have had to select a different car.
The replacement car has now been delivered and I am very happy with it.

I was told this would be a quick, but really its been anything but, I've had to put off selling my current vehicle 3 times as still no new car from fleet alliance. Overall underwhelmed I've certainly bought cars a lot quicker through other dealerships. Hope the experience when i finally get the car will be better...
