Sam has been extremely helpful with answering lots of questions. I felt reassured that I knew what I was ordering and that it would meet my needs.

Lots to consider when making a change to my vehicle, especially as its my first EV, Sam was very helpful from the start, gave me enough information and allowed me time without any pressure to make a decision.
The order process was very straightforward and communication from the team made the whole process as enjoyable as choosing a new car should be.

I had a great experience with fleet alliance. Very straightforward and easy process. It's very convenient that they offer all inclusive service and insurance packages which not all other fleet companies do.

Scott was a big help, talking me through each step and answering all and any questions i had. The whole process was simple and the deal i got was great and exactly what i was after budget wise! Very happy with the service so far.

I think the customer service has been great and throughout my experience with Fleet Alliance. This is why I have renewed my EV Salary sacrifice scheme. Also the way the renewal has been dealt with and arranged has been great.

Easy process, professional and friendly staff

They have been quite keen to get our car back. We’ve had the early termination quote and sent back a confirmation that they can collect the car on the 16th April. No reply. And they’ve tried to take the next installment which luckily we had cancelled the DD for.
The car has been sat for weeks waiting to be collected.

I've just taken delivery of my new Cupra Born that i've leased through ICL. After placing my order i've been in regular contact with Hazel over the last 3-4 months while waiting for build and delivery.

Hazel is an absolute saint, she's been so helpful and kept me in the loop and updated all the way from signing the Finance paperwork in September with the Funder, up to and including Delivery of the car yesterday. I can't thank her enough for putting up with me!!

I'll definitely be recommending ICL/Fleet Alliance to anyone I know who may be interested in leasing their next vehicle.

Ordered a car promised the car would be here for early dec, was given delivery date of 16th. Now been told car is out of stock, and not with dealer, paid 1 month already also. Asked when the car will arrive they can't give me a delivery date, advised with let me know next week, when xmas is next week?

lovely service i spoke to scott he was very nice made everything clear for me and answer everyone of my questions, i applied for a car and got a call the next day honestly couldn’t of been a better experience.
