The best there is!
The best there is.
Very minute 1 of looking at any car on the website, Daniel was there helping me every step of the way and helping me find the best car for my self.
With some complications along the way on my work place end, Daniel made sure to keep me in the loop at all times even when I was stressing something was going to go wrong!
Up until the car was delivered to my address, he made sure everything was perfect for me. And even after receiving the car he was still texting and calling to make sure everything was perfect.
I have had 1 issue with the car since having it and he’s was straight away trying to find how to solve the issue and get it sorted for me.
I can’t thank Daniel enough for the smooth process all the way through. He’s been absolutely amazing! So Thankyou again Daniel!

Fantastic Costumer Service Team
The Electric Car Scheme costumer service team, particularly Jagg made all the difference to the eventually delivery of my car. There were a few hiccups on the way - not at all the fault of The Electric Car Company and Jagg's patience and calm approach made all the difference. Really pleased with my Dacia Spring that arrived on Friday, a great car and fun to drive.
Throughout the order process all staff from The Electric Car Scheme have been quick to response to queries and have followed up to check I have received the information needed.

The process of enrollment in The Electric Car Scheme from selecting a car until my Company and I signed the lease was streamlined and extremely easy. Lease quotes showing the salary sacrifice schedule were accurate and consistent with what I expected.
