Broken pump
Service engineer arrived slightly before agreed time which was okay with me competed the service and left. Whilst checking the treatment plant the next day I found the pump was not working emailed the office and was told an engineer would call late morning he arrived just after one o’clock he confirmed the pump was broken and he had a spare in his van this was fitted everything was working fine. I was charged for the pump (which is correct) but not for a call out or repair which I think was more than acceptable so thank you Ekoflow. The engineer was friendly and professional he completed the jobs (servicing and pump replacement) quickly and efficiently and have no hesitation in recommending Ekoflow.

Exceptionally good service
Exceptionally good service. Responded to a request for a visit extremely quickly and , after a payment in advance, had an engineer out to me within the hour. The issue was resolved very quickly and a part that needed replacing was on the van and installed in 15 minutes. As always I suppose these services all seem to be far too expensive nowadays but the quality of the service was really good.
