Replacement pump on a single foul Pump station
Arrived on time. Assessed the situation and fitted the new pump which also required running a new cable to the power isolation switch on the wall. Fully tested and demonstrated before closing up the access cover and tidying the area around the manhole and were the new cable was run. Graham the engineer was very knowledgeable and able the address all of the issues which arose during the job. Provided a detailed job report including pictures. Also a very reasonable price

Great service all round. Ekoflow contacts us automatically when a service or a tank emptying is due (which is really helpful in trying to manage the routine). The service is easy to book and pay for online and the service is arranged and completed quickly. The engineers are always on time, polite and helpful.
