Hi Francis, thank you! Your words will be passed on. All the best.
Can't recommend EkoFlow highly enough!
Can't recommend EkoFlow highly enough. They replaced our failed septic with a new water treatment plant in Stroud. Despite considerable access restrictions and negotiating tricky hills, lanes and neighbours the team was excellent. Friendly, helpful, and finished on time. It's not a nice thing to have to do but everyone in the whole company was super supportive and helped us through it.

Service engineer had to call to find property (difficult to find!). Elijah was extremely polite on the phone when he called for directions (I was away from home at the time). He also called me back to say he had completed the job and that the compliancy report person had also visited. Well done Ekoflow!

New treatment plant and drainage field
Ekoflow installed a domestic treatment plant and new drainage field for us, handling all the permissions and paperwork. The whole process was very well organised and managed with great communication, and the installation team were first class - all skilled and hard working. Project completed within agreed timescale to a high standard. Very impressed.
