Lovely, helpful people

The older gentleman who helped me put on my gown and cap and secure them in place was lovely. He was respectful and cheery. We were all checked at least 3-4 times before the graduation ceremony. The attentiveness provided enhanced our experience as memorable.

Brilliant service

Lovely robes for graduation. Fit perfectly and the quality is great. My only disappointment is how steep prices are for the amount of people hiring robes and that it is a necessity. Surely they can be reduced to help students who already have university debts to pay.

The staff were lovely and the woman who dressed me in my robe really eased my nerves of walking across the stage. She was so friendly and smiley and congratulated me. So lovely

While ordering my academic clothing for LSE graduation, my size was not available and I was living abroad. Thanks to their customer service, they were able to find a fit clothing for me and ship it abroad at short notice.

I recently graduated, and unfortunately lost a sentimental pin that I had left attached to my gown. I contacted the company, and received a phone call where Ede and Ravenscroft told me they had found it and consequently would send it out with Royal Mail, 48 hours tracked. I am delighted, and extremely grateful to the company for the speed and professionalism they demonstrated. Would recommend, fantastic team.

The staff were lovely and the actual robing/derobing was easy enough but the robes were dirty! The first robe they gave me was dirty so they replaced it with one that was only slightly dirty. Multiple people had the same problem. However, the staff were very lovely... you'd just expect spotless wear for how much money you're spending.

Information sent by email was not clear and misleading. Hard to communicate with them since it is not part of your actual university, so they do not have the correct information sometimes. The day of they were very nice on site.

Gown hire was simple and easy. Their staff were efficient and friendly making the whole process swift!
Prices are expensive is the only reason for reducing a star

If I could I would give it a zero!!! They yanked my head and force fitted me into this gown. I had wanted a detail done differently and they just rudely disregarded my small request. Rough handled on a very special day, made me feel horrible!!!

Great service well organised

Got handed out the wrong gown. I It said master’s in the order, but I realised I got a different one than my cohorts. Turns out the master’s one has coloured sleeve. I am very disappointed as I don’t know the difference until I got seated in the hall.

I had a seamless experience hiring a gown from Ede and Ravenscroft for my graduation at King's, and this is my second time hiring from them with no issues. Highly recommended!

Excellent professional service. Well organised. Though there were many graduates, there was very little waiting for receipt or return and the gowns were in excellent order.
