really expensive, like way above a students budget, and we werent told we had to save for the graduation until a month before so i had to skip meals to afford it, when I was talking to the woman I paid for the hire she was very dismissive. With that said they get 2 stars because I had a massive panic attack because one of the dressers tried to touch my shoulder before I was ready, and then they were kind enough to let me get dressed by my trusted appointee in a quiet room instead. The man who helped me then was a manager I think? and he was lovely. The quality was good.

Really good accessibility, having someone reach out who was also a wheelchair user and offering a shorter wheelchair gown as well as the ability to have it delivered in advance which made everything so much easier.

Very polite and considerate staff, put you at your ease in what can sometimes be quite an overwhelming time on graduation day. Made the day very pleasant.

The entire experience the minute I got on the site was amazing. They even helped position my robe and even helped to get me a bigger hat because my hair was really big that day, overall I gave it a 10 out of 10.

Staff at gown collection and drop off weren't overly helpful or friendly, but items hired were clean and good quality.

I have dyslexia and ordered my gown for the wrong day, but it was no hassle, the team realised I had done so, and my gown was waiting for me when I arrived, without any issue. Thank you so much!!

The gentleman charged with dressing me in my graduation gown was not aware of what hat I should be wearing, and neglected to provide me with the hood. This was thankfully picked up by a more experienced member of staff as I was about to leave, who ensured that everything was in place for me.

The experience went a level ahead given that the delivery was made on time and the staff was extremely kind and caring with their approach This would indeed go down in my memory lane. I Would also like to extend my extreme gratification to the faculty, lecturers and every single member who served as a catalyst in terms of making this journey possible. Wishing each and every fellow graduate the very best for every stuff lying ahead. Hope to see ya'll someday.

Excellent, staff made everything when prefect

The lady putting on the graduation outfit was so rough and harsh, she nearly yanked my head.

The whole experience of graduating was made better thanks to the people at Ede and Ravenscroft. The service, and the quality of the service was fantastic and everything was really organised

The queue to get the gown was quick. For something that is a necessity the prices for the gown/hat are steep.
When I went to get put into my gown the girl was rude and didn’t put it on correctly, so my girlfriend had to help me take it off and put it back on correctly. She was also rude, looked me up and down and rolled her eyes at me, I got the sense that she just wanted it to be over and done with.

The guys at Ede & Ravenscroft are really friendly, and very helpful. They know how nervous some people can be during graduation, and their calm, professional approach is just what I needed. They made absolutely sure I stayed looking smart both for the photo and walk across the stage. Yes, you have to pay for the service but it’s worth every penny.

The staff were so helpful and really vigilant, ensuring that my gown was properly pinned etc.
