Eco Simply Solar Recenzje

Terrible support and after sales service. Don’t get calls back or feedback with query. Raised concern about installation and continuous trip with abnormal discharge rate of battery but not getting the urgency it deserves. Still waiting for call back, 4 days later. Very frustrating considering installation is 2 months old.

The people that were involved with the installation and the way they conducted themselves. Good job carried out.

Experience was great. I rate them five stars. Very professional and staff very efficient. Service was absolutely fantastic.

The office and reception staff are extremely efficient and super friendly. Will definitely recommend them

It was a great experience working with Eco Simply Solar to design and install a foundational back up system [Plan to go solar panels later on]. Their sales, support and technical teams attitude reflect their professional approach to servicing their customer base.I'm very happy with the product, design and functionality of the system and would recommend the company as a professional Solar company.

The actual installation team was absolutely fantastic but the after sales service is dismal. No responses to emails and calls, no support whatsoever.

The whole experience with the company has been great. It was worth the wait to get a system installed by professionals.

Good neat and tidy upgrade installation, done on due date. Had to wait quite a while from order but this is not the fault of ESS. Only "issue" was having to chase up on CoC, but this was resolved quickly.

What an awesome experience from beginning to end. Well worth the long wait!!!
From Brett doing the quote and Beverley coordinating the installation as-well as Sharon in finance. Such an awesome and helpful team.
And an exceptional thank you to Donald, Richard and his team so patient with all our questions and such a neat and professional job. Will definitely recommend you guys to others. Thank you for changing our dark days into light ones.
You guys are the best.

ESS has allowed us as a family to regain our lives and lifestyle and not be a prisoner of loadshedding and the uncertainties which come with relying on Eskom and the municipality. Excellent service, professional team and workmanship and always willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend them to anybody contemplating going solar and off grid.

The work was done efficiently, neat and tidy.
All staff were great and pleasant at all times.
I (client) need extra help in knowing the system and they helped me to understand how it works.

Extremely professional staff. One team on-premises and installation completed in less than 2 days. Your team installed it on the day you made the appointment with us. Since installation, we did not experience any issues.

Their quotes are very detailed showing exactly what you getting which helps you to make your descision easier . Staff and installation are very profesional and system works great. Thank you for your great service.

I was given honest advice and Eco Simply Solar recommended a solution for my home. The installation went very smoothly and the solar system and inverter have literally changed our lives for the better. I would highly recommend Eco Simply Solar to anyone interested in a solar solution.

Professional service by qualified staff that could answer all questions and provided full support as needed.

Wow. What great service and a good job done by Richard and his team.

The installation team were fantastic and the installation itself very neatly finished. Some teething problems were quickly resolved within a week. Overall extremely happy with the end to end service recieved.

We would have given five stars if it wasn't for the delay in the delivery. Otherwise efficient and helpful!

From the VERY prompt response from Mauro in sales to the clear communication from Beverly the Office Manager to the VERY efficient Fitment team & the friendly admin team, I can not fault my experience in anyway. You should all be very proud of yourselves & that of Eco Simply Solar. The product works like a dream, we don't even notice when there is Load shedding, money well spent & highly recommended. Thank you everyone at Eco Simply Solar.
