Placed an order
Placed an order, no confirmation email, payment came out under Variety Vans Van Hire which immediately raised concerns. Checked reviews & one very recently added again raised concerns that this is a scam. Checked companies house, company went into liquidation in 2025 & according to my knowledge you cannot continue to trade in liquidation. Emailed - no response, I've also contacted my bank in anticipation.

We are sorry that you felt concerned, but we would like to clarify the facts surrounding your order.
Your order was placed on 4 August 2026, and approximately two hours later you contacted us requesting cancellation. As the order was cancelled before dispatch, no goods were due to be delivered.
Your order has now been cancelled as requested, and a full refund has been processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Prime Sheds is still operating and trading legally. The current business and legal information displayed on our website is accurate. The Companies House information referenced in your review does not mean that Prime Sheds is an illegitimate business.
We respond to customer enquiries by email and aim to answer every message as quickly as possible. During periods of high demand, responses may take slightly longer, but your cancellation request has been handled promptly.
