Eco Simply Solar Recenzje

ALL ROUND SATISFACTION
Eco Simply Solar were great to deal with. Excellent service and knowledge from the initial visit by their consultant, the installation of the Solar system itself, to the follow up in ensuring everything was running well and that all paperwork, certificates etc.. were done and in order. I would highly recommend them.

Ive been a client for several years and on every occasion without exception i have received nothing but stellar service.

Dear ECO Simply Solar Team,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service and outstanding professionalism demonstrated by your team throughout the entire process of installing my solar panels.

From the initial quotation to the final connection of the system, every interaction with ECO Simply Solar has been nothing short of remarkable. I am particularly impressed by the product knowledge showcased by the sales representative, which made the quotation process quick and effortless.

The level of communication from your office staff was exemplary. I truly appreciated being kept informed at every step, and the flexibility shown in accommodating my schedule for the roof maintenance was invaluable.

The installers' expertise was evident as they diligently worked, enduring the scorching heat to ensure the panels were securely placed. I must commend the friendly delivery driver who not only brought the panels but also assisted the installers efficiently.

The precision and attention to detail displayed by the electrician team during the connection of the system were beyond impressive. As a self-proclaimed perfectionist and someone meticulous about such installations, I was genuinely amazed by how neatly and efficiently they aligned, drilled, and installed the inverter and battery units.

Your team's dedication to excellence has left a lasting impression on me. It's clear that ECO Simply Solar values professionalism, expertise, and customer satisfaction.

Please convey my deepest appreciation to everyone involved in making this project a success. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome, and I have no hesitation in recommending ECO Simply Solar to anyone seeking top-notch solar solutions and exceptional service.

The interaction with the staff from the get go has been amazing. The installation was quick and seamless.

I would highly recommend Eco Simply Solar to anybody who is looking for a seamless solar solution.

The work was done neatly and efficiently. The only disadvantage for me was the long period of time it took to have my solar installed. I also felt that the deposit of 50% could have been paid only a week before the installation and not eight weeks.

I had a great experience with Eco Simple Solutions, their team arrived on the arranged date, and they were polite and efficient. installation completed in one day!
I asked many questions about the system and they just kept answering anything I wanted to know! Truly a pleasure to deal with!

Mauro and team were exceptionally professional. They arrived on time, they delivered on what they said they will do, they followed up and the installation was a work of art. We also found them to be very competitive.
Overall a really great experience, very grateful for their professionalism

The team was professional and efficient (from the initial quote to the installation).

Really great service from an experienced and professional team!!! Two Thumbs up!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Time to installation exceeded expectations. Competitive pricing. Special shout out for Beverly!

Wow, we are load shedding free, yippy!! The service was top class from the first engagement until after the installation. The whole process was smooth and the team members very well mannered and trust worthy. Thank you for the great service and we are pleased that we choose ECO Simply to do our installation over another "top rated" company!

Extremely professional, helpful, patient and friendly service with helping us understand how the system works. Outstanding quality product. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

All staff treated me well; from the sales person, Maurio; administrators; finance managers; and installation staff. I was informed about the one-day delay between the installation of the inverter and the actual panels. Both installers explained the system; and they both gave me their numbers to call should I encounter problems in the future

We have dealt over a time since May and we found the service provided commensurate to our expectations.

Great service and very competitive pricing.

Simple Ecosystem panels instalation. Amperion Sunstore. Coc was dated 22/05/2022 Technion Carol Mokwede 2 weeks later after I made several calls to Caswell begging for Certicate of Compliance NM 1021401. See wrong Dates on CoC.
Unbelievable, incompetent Adults cannot remember Dates. I'm not impressed as I still have no valid Coc. No feedback or calls concerning my complains regarding this complaint I logged weeks ago. Some hope Zuma promised to rectify this unpleasant matter. I took pictures of Coc and e-mailed to your company as requested. Up to date no feedback or a callback from Zuma or Caswell. I emailed Caswell via Watsup he responded. Carol Mokwede no longer works for company. No concerns of mine what'so ever. I want results complain, wrong dated CoC 31/05/2022. Bad after Sales service . Could some competent person in office contact me urgently.
Why am I in this unpleasant situation? I still have leaking tiles roof. Electric cables not in placed tide under panels. This is unexceptionable untidy workmanship from Emparion Energy. I'm not renting. I paid hard earned Cash for professional workmanship.
Can some rectified this Please .
