Great product
Great product - I made an error and accidentally ordered the incorrect model but was sorted out very quickly. Install instructions for the Yamaha weren’t quite aligned with my bike model so maybe could add some more photos of different layouts to help future installs.

As mentioned in our private email to you today (Sunday). Your order failed our anti fraud checks so was cancelled. Whilst we understand you might be angry or annoyed about this so have left us a 1star, if an order fails these checks it gets cancelled and a refund is issued. It's as simple as that. Hi Jonathan,
I’m sorry that your replacement didn’t work out. The EP801 motor is a tricky motor to tune and is more prone to errors that other motor brands. Unfortunately no other tuning kit manufacturers have made kits for the EP801 so I’m unable to offer you an alternative. Instead, you can use our free returns and send it back for a refund.

You’ll waste hours and days trying to fix the damage it did, void your warranty and you’ll have paid through the nose for the privilege of having all that time and energy wasted.

Hi Brett,
Sorry to hear about the error code on your bike. I’ve already replied privately, but I want to clarify for anyone reading: the error you’re seeing (523001) is a common Bosch Smart System error and does not mean the motor is permanently damaged or destroyed. It happens on bikes both with and without tuning kits fitted. Most of the time, this error can be cleared by the rider. However, any Bosch dealer can clear it quickly with their diagnostic tool.
When it comes to tuning, it’s always the rider’s decision whether to derestrict their bike, and it’s important to understand the risks. We’re very clear on our website that tuning can trigger errors and may void your warranty.
We’ve sold lots of these kits, and permanent motor issues simply aren’t something we see. Otherwise we wouldn't be in business.
As promised, we’re happy to provide a full refund once the item is returned, and we’ll support you in getting your bike sorted as quickly as possible.
Apologies again for any inconvenience caused to your riding

I recently installed the SpeedBox 3.1 B.Tuning on my Giant e-bike (SyncDrive motor), and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking to unlock the full potential of your e-bike, this tuning chip is a total game-changer.
Installation:
The install was surprisingly straightforward. The connectors are color-coded, and with the clear instructions provided, I had everything set up in under 30 minutes. No special tools needed—just a bit of patience and a clean workspace.
Performance:
Once activated, the speed limiter is gone. My bike now comfortably cruises well beyond 25 km/h (15.5 mph), and I’ve hit speeds over 50 km/h on flat stretches. It’s a whole new riding experience—smoother, faster, and way more fun.
App Integration:
The Bluetooth connection to the SpeedBox app is a major bonus. I can monitor my speed, battery, trip data, and even lock the motor remotely. The customization options are awesome—I can tweak speed limits or check diagnostics right from my phone.

Power box for Yamaha PW-S2 fitted easily, was able to remove housing on Haibike Alltrack 6 without removing crank, and can't go wrong fitting as the 4 plugs are all different so only connect the right way ! Riding it is so much better as no motor cut- out but pretty safe as limited by gearing as to how fast you can pedal so nice at 25mph. A great product !
