Power box for Yamaha PW-S2 fitted easily, was able to remove housing on Haibike Alltrack 6 without removing crank, and can't go wrong fitting as the 4 plugs are all different so only connect the right... Zobacz więcej

Great customer service

Great customer service, got feedback and recomentions of what to buy and they made sure I got the correct kit for my bike. Bike is now a beast and a blast to ride! Highly recommend ebiketuner!

Beware of ebiketuner chips!

My £120 sIMPLEk Pro Nano chip recommended by and purchased from ebiketuner.com for my CUBE Bosch CX motor using the standard KIOX 300 display has never worked.
When seeking recent technical assistance from ebiketuner.com they have advised that because I’ve updated the software/firmware that my ‘chip’ will never work on my bike. Therefore I’ve paid £120 for a chip that is not fit for purpose.
As consolation, ebiketuner.com have offered me a goodwill gesture of 5% discount on a new/latest chip for my e-bike at a further cost of £189 with no reimbursement for the initial chip that they previously claimed was compatible with my e-bike.
Some consolation!
If you manage to get your chip working then enjoy ‘the ride’ until you decide to upgrade your manufacturers software/firmware and then you’re likely to have to fork out for the next generation chip. So much for customer service.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I'd like to add some context for anyone reading and be as transparent as possible.

You purchased your kit in October 2023 — nearly three years ago. The product you bought, came with a 1 year warranty.

During that time, we didn't hear from you until this year, when you contacted us to say you were having difficulty activating the product.

It soon became clear that the bike’s software had been updated from its original 2023 software, to the latest 2026 software. As most riders in the community know, there’s been a number of big updates since 2023 that have unfortunately affected older tuning kits.

Our kits sold are compatible with the current bike software (unless otherwise stated). Often times they do work with future updates too, but jumping from a 2023 to a 2026 software update was too much on this occasion.

very easy to choose the product i need with full details on all the products and ebike motors supported great follow up on ordering ensuring im getting the right product for my ebike wish other companys would do the same, product now shipped and have full tracking details in all a fantastic 5 Star service through out keep up the good work i would recommend your company to to everyone that needs your service

They are on top of it! Ordered on a sunday got immediate follow up emails confirming my bike + the tuner being the correct setup. So far epic!
