Took money from our account without our permission

Very unorganised firm !

Didn’t turn up on the day they said. Said payment didn’t go through but made no effort to contact me and went through fine the following day. The weather the following day was rubbish which has now messed up the concrete and they couldn’t care less about the days wages I lost for two guys

Very honest and time punctual with clean job. Price are very responsible.
I do recommend them to reuse.

Stay away from this company, we have been misled and delayed by them which caused us significant financial loss. We have ordered liquid screed and received watered down dry screed. This was on 8th June to our site in South Ealing.

Read the further as the good reviews appear to be issued by relatives of the company owner!!!

They sell you substandard for premium – we have ordered liquid screed and we have received watered down dry screed – this is not the same!

Customer Service people have increased prices during the purchase process and have very little understanding about the product.

On site operators are random contract workers who have no experience and are not briefed about the delivery.

Terrible customer service- delays, luck of communication, we had to chase them multiple times.

Poor service, refusal to refund almost £900.00, they delivered late on Saturday evening and far less cubic meter cement mixed than paid and ordered. Their unprofessionalism costed me more at the end, by engage again other workers, pad for more material, total stress - and on top of all, I was cheesing for almost 3 days to recoup my own money as they won't rely to my phone cals or emails. You may think is a bit cheaper than other! ! Well, I assure you, it's not worth it. The cement mix was full of water - Never again.

Very disappointed with the service. The concrete was booked for first thing on Thursday morning. Nothing had happened by 11am. Rang in to be told that it was booked for a week's time. They promised to deliver first thing on Friday morning to make up for the mistake. Got a text from Kam confirming the address to deliver to. Confirmed first thing Friday morning. Lorry finally arrived about 11:30 in the morning. Concrete was mixed on site and barrowed into the footings. Nothing wrong with the concrete, just time wasting with the delivery.
