Booked with Reading office a week in advance of needing 7.5 cubic metres. Slot 12-2. Failed to turn up by 2.30. No communication. Wasted 3 builders time for 3 hours. Would never use!

Awful
Ordered 6m ready mix for 8am delivery, arrived 10 a week early. Charged £250 to rearrange for their mistake. Had no choice as needed and no other would deliver to that area. Arrived the correct day 2 hours late as driver lost even though said he’d attempted delivery the previous week. Unloaded concrete then emptied extra as apparently needed to empty truck. Paid for retarder yet concrete went off within 3 hours. Called to complain. Customer services appalling . Accused us of lying yet we had photographic and timed proof. Do not use under any circumstances.

Poor service,
Poor service, driver on the mixer unqualified for the job and he didn’t want to follow our instructions, he mixed the concrate very liquid and we end up with 2 inches of water over the slab that we could not check the height of the slab as it was between walls. I called their office they were very unprofessional. Avoid them.

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company, 3 times used them every time late, 2-nd time late with 4 days, because they took upfront payment they try everything and promised everything but just not delivered on time. When turned up the mix was not correct, very weak, you can tell from the colour compared with a mix from another company
Never use them again
