pay for 11 cubic concrete plus pump line delivered only 7 cubic when call said the pump and mixer need going coming after 2 hours new pump and mixer delivered the left concrete I’m calling after 2 hours she said the pump don’t possible come just the mixer I’m said I’m pay £300 for pump she said don’t have pump talking the manager!
After call back the manager said need more concrete need pay I have the email the price per cubic £100
I’m pay cash for driver before pumping the concrete he said signed the invoice I’m signed and after pumping only 7 cubic I have witness and report the company for consumer protection!
In progress now!
The pump line guys do dirty everywhere my customer patio and grass Brocken the slabs.
I’m buy more materials finish my work because the company not delivered the concrete

The driver is a lying dude.

We have been using them for over 5 years and the have been as helpful as the can be being on time and get booked in short notice

The lorry turned up at the requested time, with the correct mix and the Driver was more than helpful for this tricky delivery. Great service and good value for Money. Thank you, you made it "easy" for us. :)

Bad cement, awful sales team attitude - avoid at all costs

Do not use this company,he very aware that what you order will be short,this company were due to turn up at 11.00 am they were knocking the door at 7.15 with the pump for the concrete delivery, then the concrete lorry turned up about 45 mins later, one to phone my builder to let him know they were here,1 concrete lorry can carry 8.5 cubic metres of concrete,only 1 lorry ever turned up, for a 11 cubic metre job,when they had emptied the lorry they told us we had 11 cubic metres packed up and drove off, luckily I have pictures of broken slabs from the hammering of the pipe on top of slabs, I have pictures of depth of base, and the cameras around property have shown the 1 lorry arriving and then leaving with pump. See you in court

Beware of this company
I order 11 cubic meters of concrete delivered, only 6.72 cubic meters, they do not deliver the rest of the concrete and take the money before that.

Whilst they were cheaper, than other companies, I'd rather pay more for better service/quality.

Arrived hours late and claimed they had more concrete than they actually did on the lorry. One load should have been more than enough concrete for what we needed to fill, but we required an extra 5m3 - this is where they must make up for their lower prices!

The people pumping concrete kept walking on areas of pipework we'd specifically asked them not to. H&S is none existent, no gloves or protection being used.

I'm very happy.

Told me they carried 12.5,cubic metres when I know they carry 8-10 max
I had a 9.85 cubic meter base to poor yet I used 14
took money from my account without authorisation

They didn’t bring enough concrete. The drivers were rude, aggressive and didn’t speak English. Avoid this company

Not the best service and lots of empty promises and excuses and delays with concrete supplies when given lots of planning time.
Actual concrete was ok but service was testing…

really good customer service. on time and worked really well with the guys on site. certainly be using again.
