SCAM! They promised delivery within 4 working days. It's now been two weeks and they keep changing delivery companies and order numbers, and still, it's impossible to track the package. They keep giving random reasons and excuses for the "delay", or sending messages like "your package has arrived at your airport" but they can't tell me which one.

I've reported this company in the UK and the USA now. Hopefully, they'll get caught soon.

There's a 5-star review on here that defends the company, I would highly question that review if I were scanning reviews for Trustpilot.

I ordered from drpen.com on July 14 and received the items, complete and in perfect condition, on July 20. From my experience, there was nothing shady in the order process, such that I immediately received a confirmation email upon payment and another about 2 days after, to notify me that my order has been shipped.

However, I must say that I got super worried that I was conned after reading others' feedback about not receiving their orders placed on drpen.com. Further, like the other reviewer, I also saw DRPENINC SAN PO KONG HK as the description in my credit card charge, which I thought was weird and a red flag considering this is supposed to be a US-based operation. Lastly, it didn't help that I didn't get an immediate reply when I sent a message to their website's help desk, asking about their legitimacy considering there's another supposedly authentic seller website, drpenusa.com, which was more responsive** (I received a response from drpenusa within an hour and I emailed morning time here in Asia, which I assumed is after business hours there, if they are indeed US-based. I just realized drpen.com also responded to me around the same time as drpenusa but I thought they're the same).

I don't know if the other reviewers still haven't gotten their orders or response from drpen but as far as my experience is concerned, they are pretty legit and I'm happy with my purchase.

**Notes: I asked both drpen.com and drpenusa.com about the other's website since both claimed to be the official site. Both insisted they are the official channel so...idk! I can only assume that there's an internal riff that happened and broke the company into 2.

Further, I actually thought drpen.com looks more legit than drpenusa.com just by comparing the website look, navigation and logo used. Visit both site and see for yourself. And if drpen.com is a bogus site, I think it's pretty bold that their SEO is better than drpenusa.com since the former appears first when you google dr pen (at least from where I'm from).

But anyway, I know another reviewer vouched for drpenusa.com and a highly viewed blogger that reviews dr. pen products attaches links to drpenusa.com in her youtube videos. The presence of 2 websites claiming to be the legitimate seller is really really odd and at the end of the day, you will choose where you want to buy but I thought I should put this review out there since I had a good experience with drpen.com (save for the worry caused by the earlier reviews here that I read).

TOTAL SCAM!!! Phone number goes to a 1-800 phone sex line. Unfortunately, I did not figure that out till after I fell for their website scam. I naively thought it was a real website and business. "Purchased" a M8 and have had the most bizarre communication with this company. First off they are not in the U.S. as they claim. This is not a company in California, and not a product "made with love in CA" as stated on their website. There are multiple BBB claims and reports. Should have done my homework. Lesson #1 learned: always google any address of a business listed on their website... their address is in San Jose, CA and is a Mail Annex which use to be a Pizza Hut. Their hyperlink to their website on their purchase confirmation email goes to a sunglass company. I fear I lost $250. The charge went to an account in Hong Kong. Then, today, I got a weird text message for a DHL tracking number for a package coming to my address from mainland China. I have never ordered anything from China. Super concerned about what this package will actually be. I filed a claim with my credit card company. Lessons learned all around though. Never trust a deal that seems too good to be true.

When you search for Dr Pen dermapen web site, there are 2 websites shown as the search results- 1) drpen.com and 2) drpenusa.com. Which I found it extremely confusing and odd for a US company to have 2 “.com” website.
The content looks almost the same. Hard to tell which is legit. I did finally purchase from “drpenusa.com” and not drpen.com. I believe drpen.com might be fake due to the following facts 1) because their reviews didn’t linked to anything, 2) their product specification and descriptions are wrong (I watched a lot of YouTube videos before I decided to go with my purchase) minor things like whether the model is wireless or not. And some description in the drpen.com just doesn’t make sense. 3) there is no Facebook / twitter links. 4) when you click help- contact us, it bring you to no where.
Although I can’t prove that Drpen.com is legit or not but I believe people need to be aware.
In addition, I contacted drpenusa.com, their response is very fast and they have provided me my UPS order tracking very quickly. Certainly not fake. Hope this give some cautious warning to others before they make their purchase.

This is a review for Dr Pen Australia. I bought an LED mask advertised as a DermaShine brand but received a generic product that can be bought on eBay for less than a third of the price. I complained, got a refund after returning the product ( at my own cost) but the company is still falsely advertising the product. Dishonest company, best avoided.

It’s a fake site . I ordered a dr.pen M8 from Drpen.com and they charged me for the item but they never send me anything . You can not call them because the tlf number is fake
It’s a scam company who takes your money . Their address is fake to , no Drpen company exists at that address .

My spouse ordered a dr pen m8 from this company during the pandemic, its been over 5 weeks we have been trying to reach out to them and they have blown us away every chance they get. Our so called postal worker thought it was fun to sign the package as my spouse and not deliver it. We have the entire thing on camera. Yet Dr Pen chooses to not do anything about it. We have contacted the post office and Dr pen. No solution and we lost $200. I will never recommend this company nor will I order from them. Horrible customer service from Dr Pen. If I could give them -5, I would. I have lots of friends and family who we always exchange reviews of and I have informed them to not waste money at this place.
