Just ordered my first Doctor pen. Obviously reading reviews and there’s a lot of fake ones out there I’ve ordered from this website. I just want to check and get some clarification and certainty that this is genuine and the needles are 100% sanitised before use.

I ordered some cartridges from this company.i did make a mistake and ordered the wrong ones.Emailed straight away and they insisted it had already dispatched
Fair enough gave me and adress too return,no proper return label.sent the next day as instructed.Three weeks later no return and terrible response from customer service.claiming they never received the item. So unfortunately taking matters further.out of principal more than anything.so be very careful if you need too ask for a refund

Second order with the company. Very quick delivery and items as described.

I ordered the Dr Pen A11, along with needle cartridges, which arrived very quickly and nicely packaged. I noticed that the A11 device had a faulty screen after removing it from the manufacturer's packaging. I emailed Lauren to explain the fault, who replied straight away and provided me with a tracked returns label. Once the device had been recieved, a replacement was posted out immediately and was with me the next day. A very happy customer who will be returning. Thanks Lauren :)

Very quick delivery but the packaging didn’t come with original box, not too sure whether these are fake cartridges or real now.

My order arrived quickly and was packaged well.
I contacted customer support, to double check i was orrdering the correct replacement cartridges for my pen. They where very helpful.

Order received promptly. Had a small issue with my pen not turning off after a few months of use. Contacted the team who were very helpful and sent a replacement straight out.
