Arrived quickly however the products are very low quality. Plasticy and cheap feeling for not a cheap price. One of the items broke. I will say the company quickly and easily gave me a refund. So if you do wish to spend more there and hope it’s good quality at least you can get your money back.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Company shipped the wrong cartridges then said I had ordered the wrong cartridges despite evidence provided to the contrary. Deliberately attempting to mislead and now ignored. Reporting to trading standards.

Steve Russell is a liar, and don't buy anything from him. He shipped the wrong thing, and when I reached out to him, he asked me to ship it back to him. He said he would refund me the money I paid for the product and the shipping cost. He got the product over a week ago but hasn't responded to my emails. He needs to go to jail for fraud.

Scam company.
Ordered, then they charged my card without shipping.
Then I tried to cancel my order before it actually shipped (much later than it was supposed to). They then created a false shipping label (or sent me tracking info suggesting the item had shipped.. even though the tracking showed that the item did NOT actually ship) - and this tracking sent to me at that time was suggesting the item couldn’t be canceled because it had shipped.
It eventually did ship. I Received the item, requested a refund and sent it back (unused, unopened - just as the site requires for refund). Site says it will refund when it is received. It was received by their company 12 days ago. Not only have a I not received the refund, but I have not heard a word from them since after multiple attempts to contact them about my refund. I will need to dispute the transaction with my bank and open fraud claim.

Orderd on Monday, received it on Wednesday!! Excellent service.

Ordered an M8 pen that was never delivered. This “business” is a scam.

We ordered an M8 dr pen . It never arrived . The Canada post agent said many scammers will print a shipping label to make it look legit and then never ship anything.

Absolutely terrible company. They claimed to have delivered the pen the next working day, which is weird since the next day was a Sunday and I don’t know why a product I paid £149 for wasn’t sent more securely. I reached out to find out where exactly it had been delivered to, at first they claimed it was delivered to my address , then the tracking claimed it was left in a mailroom. I reached out several times to try and find the location and when they realised they couldn’t locate the package, they stopped replying to any of my emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

Company is a scam. Received the product but it wasn’t what I had expected so I initiated a return. You have to call to do this & I was told to take a pic of the product and email. After doing that they said they’d refund 80% because it was opened!! Wth. When they issued the refund it was only for 50%.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. This has been the worst experience but it’s okay we move on. Just please understand these people are ordering from aliexpress for half the price you paid them or just creating shipping labels (tracking numbers). Long story short, if you want it just order it off Amazon. I know, I did the research too which is why I tried buying from a “legitimate” site. In this case, is honestly a waste of time and money. Theres a YouTuber esthitcian who literally just orders Feom New Body Life on Amazon.

If you try reaching out someone named “Steve Russell” will respond with nothing but redundant messages. DO NOT ORDER OFF OF ANNNNNY DR PEN SITE PLEASE. I don’t care how legit it looks.

Luckily I paid through Afterpay so only paid half of what I was supposed to pay because I’m not letting them debit my account again. But now it’s messed up my payment history on Afterpay so I’m just never going to use it again. Their customer service was just as useless.

As of Feb. 14th-still have not received and Afterpay is still trying to charge my account for this nonsense.

This shouldn't be allowed. We have all been scammed unfortunately. The UK in the name drew me in as I thought it was genuine. They say my order has been cancelled and I should get a refund and if not contact my bank. No refund so waiting for my bank to sort this out. I wish badness on this company nasty dirty rats. You will get what's coming.

Please DO NOTTTT ORDER from these scum bags !!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. They emailed me saying my product was out of stock ( after 3 weeks of me ordering ) . It’s been a month and a half and I still have not received my money back . The worst company I have ever with !!!! Avoid avoid avoid !!!

I wish id read the reviews before dealing with this company, absolutely horrendous, my M8 pen didn’t work at all, said they were sending out a new one, got the dispatched email only to realise they were sending it to the wrong postcode, I’ve sent numerous emails even sent Steven Russell (the guy dealing with my claim) personal emails to let them know about the wrong postcode, but nothing not even a f*** you, absolutely ridiculous, so now I’ve got to go to some strangers house 40minutes drive away and ask them for my pen, to which they could tell me to f*** off,

Under no circumstances please do not order from this website. I ordered an M8 micro needling pen on the 31st October and have not received my order. The communication is absolutely horrendous, they have claimed to have processed a refund as my item was out of stock and 14days later I’m still waiting. My bank has now had to open a dispute as they’ve took my money and not delivered on the goods.

absolutely awful company to deal with, waited for 2 weeks when they said they were sending it, then have only now had an email saying they’ve run out of stock. avoid! i bet the refund takes weeks as well!

Had extremely bad experience with Dr.pen M 8 microneedling device..just after 1use it stopped working..tried to contact customer service but they are least bothered to resolve the issue..

Would not reccomend such a pathetic microneedling pen to any1..

I CANCELLED MY ORDER 'BEFORE' THEY DISPATCHED. STEVE ACKNOWLEDGED MY CANCELLATION BUT DR PEN OFFICIAL SITE CONTINUED TO DISPATCH MY ORDER. I REQUESTED FOR A REFUND MULTIPLE TIMES, DR PEN OFFICIAL IGNORES ALL EMAILS. THESE LOW LIFE SCUM BAGS ARE A WASTE OF SPACE AND I REALLY HOPE KARMA BURIES THEM ALIVE!

Love mine I think everyone on here is just mad at some shipping situation. Other than that, the pen is incredible and does amazing work on the skin!
