Absolute rubbish, black out eye mask is great but the blue tooth head phones or piece worked once and then turns on and off connect, power off, I bought two, $140 for a friend and I, hers went the third time she used them mine the second - response was can’t refund, when I was asking for troubleshoot advice

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE> WHAT THEY ADVERISE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET. GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR REFUND. DONT BE AN IDIOT LIKE I WAS.
I made a mistake of buying the micro cpap. They emailed saying their return policy does not accept returns if the package has been opened.  How else was I supposed to try it to see if it works.  Then they said they only give back 20% of the purchase price. That’s not acceptable as their advertising was misleading.  What got is like toy that does nothing it is supposed to do.   I have emailed them a number of times saying I will accept 60% of the purchase price without sending it back as it has been opened and they won’t accept it and also it will cost $30 to return it.

Absolute scam - bought "sleep mask pro" item is directly bought from aliexpress for 10th of the price and resold in australia. packaging is for a generic sleep band. Instructions are for a generic sleep band - they did stitch their own logo to the mask but thats about it.

Speackers are terrible and what you would expect of a 10 AUD temu/ali item and not from a 70 dollar pro band . your psrtnrr will hear everything you are listening to.

Mask quality is poor from cheap materials

Returns process is purposfully complicated and obtuse

Persistent "sale ends soon" on the website should have been a red flag

Disgusted by this company!
THEY ARE NOT AN AUSTRALIAN BRAND!! Their products are from China, the quality is terrible - probably the worst quality product I have ever purchased. Definitely does not meet Australian standards.
I tried to get a refund but they have a bot replying to messages & you just continue going round and round in circles with a bot.

They advertise "money back guarantee" but play games with you until you give up. Also the slippers are not good quality. My foot slips out. Never got my refund. I should have read the reviews here first instead of reading the fake website reviews.

This site is a scam. I bought some leggings which were too short and wouldn’t stay up. A larger size would not have fitted under waterproof overtrousers as I intended. I requested a refund but they responded asking a payment to exchange them.

Dreamsleep Australia advertises “luxury goose down” pillows but delivers cheap, flat polyester junk, folded and stuffed tightly into a mailing bag. I paid $179 for garbage you could get at Kmart for under $20.
When I requested a refund under Australian Consumer Law, Dreamsleep refused to provide a valid return address or cover return shipping (which they are legally required to do for misdescribed goods) and I’ve seen several reviews of people paying $80 to send pillows back to an address in China and still not getting refunds!
Their replies were evasive, circular, and dishonest - They are blatantly breaking the law and will hopefully be shutdown soon enough.
This company is not to be trusted. Avoid them at all costs.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Also want to advise that after reporting the transaction with my bank, they were able to have the full transaction amount recovered, and I threw the pillows into the bin, that’s how bad the quality was - I wouldn’t even keep them as spare for free.

Also hard to understand how this company is allowed to continue trading in Australia, when they have such a blatant disregard for Australian consumer law.

Again: DO NOT BUY FROM DREAMSLEEP “AUSTRALIA”.

This company took my
$$ and never even bothered to send a confirmation email. No record except from the screenshot I took after purchase and I’m kicking myself for not checking here first. Absolute robbers.

Do not buy anything from these scammers. They’re not Australian. Their products are cheap and not as described

Ordered the back massager for my Mum. tried it and vibrated for a few seconds then stopped. The heat setting was slightly warm. Instructions were written in Chinese!!! Contacted them straight away and they asked me to send a video. It took weeks for them to get back to me. I asked for a full refund and they ignored me and sent another. The 2nd one worked for about 6 months and then died. Cheap crap from China that is faulty. Don't buy this, not worth $120

Received the sheet set for a king-sized bed ok but the 'fitted' sheet is more circus tent size. Immediately sent photos to show it's clearly way too large and cannot be used a sheet. Customer service offered discounts on more purchases (as if) instead of a full refund or supply of a new and correctly sized sheet and now 19 emails and a month later they're refusing to accept the sheet is defective and won't issue a refund as they insist they sent the correctly sized sheet. Unbelievable.
