AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have ordered a few times from this company - the products are absolutely amazing no complaints ! The delivery times are a bit questionable ! The main reason for the low score is the horrendous customer service !
Recently I ordered on the 22nd of December (not expecting this order to arrive until just before new years) this parcel was received by the post office on the 28th ! Perfect plenty of time for me to get it before the new year ! Parcel has stayed in the same place since ! Now I understand that’s not the businesses fault - I contacted the company and asked if they could tell me what was happening with my order - to which they very rudely emailed me back saying it’s out of there control and they can’t control the postal service and the amount of time it takes isn’t there problem - I then let them know that I have ordered since the 28th from other companies such as WHSmith, new look Amazon ect and they’ve arrived yet the parcel I ordered from them still missing - they then came back with YOU CANT COMPARE US TO AMAZON blah blah blah - i said to them the customer service is awful and for that reason I wouldn’t be ordering again - the response again was very rude and very unprofessional- very disappointed !

I told you I had emailed Royal Mail - you ordered 11.50pm on 22nd as I told you Royal Mail was on strike 23,24th we then had Christmas , Boxing Day , bank holiday so the order left us Wednesday 28th given it’s going to the Channel Islands and the backlog of mail it’s not going to happen rapidly - you try to compare us to big company’s who have there own logistical company’s - I didn’t once say it wasn’t our problem I advised you about the strikes / holidays and delays with Mail your not happy unfortunately I don’t have a private jet to get it to you rapid. So thank you for your review much appreciated.

you ordered 25th royal mail was on strike 24 & 25th it was passed to them on Saturday they have then been on strike 30th & 1st so they have a big backlog this is out of my control all of our orders leave us within 24 hours of the order Monday to Friday and all weekend orders leave Monday.

The options to chose from were amazing. It made it so hard to chose. So so happy with my purchase. Quality of the sweet and the flavours were amazing. The only place I have found that does chocolate cups like I remember from childhood. Have already recommended to so many people.

Unusual & good value sweet gift for all ages
An unusual Halloween gift for our granddaughters & they loved them.
