Helpful excellent after sales support

I am a single consumer and Zap or one of my favorite at a reasonable price. Also their website is user friendly and prompt delivery.
I misunderstood my parcel delivery was missing but they quickly investigated and located it. Have got it but I didn’t open it. But they provided excellent customer service.

Still waiting for delivery…….

Still waiting for delivery as the delivery company would not leave on the first attempt needed someone to be at the property.
How are people expected to accept parcel delivery when they are also out working doing similar hours as the delivery company.

Chloe in Customer Services ignored my request for a refund and to post me a return lable

Would of give 0 stars as the sweets I received don't taste right it's probably the way they have stored them . Probably in a cold damp place I spoke to a so called customer service named chloe who stated can they be picked up from my address and examined. I stated of course then she said I will have to pay and return them through special delivery which of course I won't be waisting anymore of my hard earned cash with this company as all their bothered iabout is taking your money and not resolving issues for customers. I've asked to escalate my complaint several times in emails and chloe has ignored my request shame on you chloe and any staff and any so called management who sit behind computers in the background and do nothing to support loyal customers i wouldnt recommend anyone buying anything from this company. shame on the customer service skills they've also stated only in a bad reveiw they will now be sending me a royal mail return label via email ..which of course I haven't received or have they replied to my emails in the last day which again they have lied and said we are in continuous contact .any decent company would send someone to pick the faulty goods up .I have proof of screenshots if I need to take my complaint elsewhere. Complete headache think their doing this on purpose to make me wait even longer well done guys another loyal customer you've upset ......also just to rub salt in the wound I asked to escalate complaint past chloe and she is still dealing with my complaint and not doing a good job as she keeps stating on emails here is your royal mail pre paid label and the when you click on it it doesn't work .I feel she knows this which is shameful of her as I have asked on numerous times can you print the label of and send to my address or get someone to collect your faulty product you sold me .I'm better off talking to a brick wall ......chloe must think I was born yesterday as I know it's her replying to my reviews as she is the only person who works in customer service.othewise somebody who know how to deal with real complaints whould of had my complaint solved ASAP wow .what a unprofessional company.....

Just a quick response to your review that has been edited, we are still communicating with you via email to get the goods returned to us so that your refund can be issued.

There is absolutely no issues with this but what we can’t do as we’ve stated before is process a full refund to you whilst you still have the goods. We operate from a 35,000 sqft warehouse in London and send out thousands of orders, I can assure you that these aren’t stored in a cold, damp place.

Again, we look forward to getting this resolved for you and refunded once back with us, a Royal Mail returns label is being arranged and will be sent to you momentarily via email.

Apologies that the sour jelly beans aren’t to your standards. As explained in the emails, this has already been escalated to Jelly Belly who will be conducting the necessary investigations.

In the meantime, we’ve already offered to refund these once they have been returned to us via a method that suited you best. Once the tracking number is verified, we will process a refund straight away.

As a small business, we pride ourselves on our customer service and I would like to hope that you can understand our reasonings for wanting confirmation of a product return before processing a refund. Sadly this has been exploited in the past.

Regarding your comment on the no reply, I don’t quite understand this as we have responded to you very promptly on a number of occasions now, even outside of working hours.

We will continue to respond to your emails and we look to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

Ordering was simple and the delivery was quick and efficient. The other reason was pricing as all products are competitively priced.
