Dodax 

Like lots of other people on here I ordered from this site via Amazon. Non delivery by the date given. Scam company? No reply to emails. No protection from the bank because of the amount and Amazon seem quite happy to allow these shoddy companies to trade on their selling platform.

I ordered an item and it says it's been 'dispatched' but it didn't arrive. Avoid this company. And...remember to look at reviews BEFORE using a company like Dodax, because all the evidence is right here isn't it! Oh dear, what fools we are. It's like they just take your money but they don't stock your product. Anyway, I'm going after them if I hear nothing 3 days after posting this, and I am tenacious.

Scheint eine einträgliche Masche zu sein, anscheinend ohne Konsequenzen! Bestellte Bücher nicht liefern und dann kann der Kunde schauen, wie er sein Geld zurück bekommt. Finger weg!

Kann mich den Leuten hier nur anschliessen? Buch nie bekommen, aber bezahlt. Angeschrieben, angerufen: Nichts! Was ist nur los mit diesem Shop? Und anscheinend wird immer noch fleissig verkauft und den Leuten das Geld abgezogt! Eigentlich sollte eine Sammelklage eingereicht werden! Bin nur leider keine Juristin. Wäre aber sofort dabei!

Genau wie bei den anderen Geschädigten, Geld kassiert und keine Lieferung! Keine Antwort auf Mails. Da ich Rechtschutzversichert bin, werde ich es zum Anwalt geben! Vorsicht Betrug!!!!

Meine Bestellung hätte 3-5 Tage gebraucht. Noch rechtzeit zum verschenken.
Nun warte ich seit knapp einem Monat! Keine Chance telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen. Die Verbindung wird nach einigen mal klingeln unterbrochen. Auf mein wütendes Mail hat keiner reagiert. Sch.... Firma.

COMPLETE SCAM. Just like everyone is saying, they can not be trusted, do not order from them. Ordered a vinyl as a gift. Never arrived. No response from the company after multiple emails. Luckily I was able to get a refund through my bank. Unsure how companies like this are legal lol

Bestellte Ware sollte vor einer Woche geliefert werden.Weder eine Nachricht,noch Antwort der Kundenservice auf Mail.
Nicht zu empfehlen!!

Complete scam

I have ordered an item and after more than one month it has not been delivered.

Customer service is completely useless

They lost my first order, then claimed I was lying and it had been delivered. Finally, over a month after it was due, and a ridiculous lack of communication, my order arrived. But it was the wrong size - 4kg instead of 20kg. Still waiting on a reply on this one week later, so I have sent another email. Shocking company, not worth saving a fiver as I forked out £10 extra on next day delivery with another company in the end, and looks like I'm not getting my money back from this scamming site.

I have sent an item back, tried to contact them for the refund never had a reply.

I ordered a TV stand for £99. They gave a specific delivery date and said they would notify me when it shipped. This date came and went with no contact from them. I've emailed them on 4 occasions to cancel the order and get a refund: no reply. This company's behaviour is totally unacceptable. I now probably have a long, long fight to get my money back. Never again.

Defekte Bialetti Espressomaschine sofort wieder zurückgeschickt. Vor über einem Monat!!!

Zum Glück habe ich noch nicht bezahlt. Jedoch die defekte Maschine zurückschicken hat mich natürlich 9.-fr. gekostet.

The website itself works well but the whole thing here is either a scam, a orphaned dropshipping site or the company itself is in some kind of trouble. Phone line disconnects after a while, we have now called upon paypal buyers insurance hence neither a product showed up after mor ethan a month nor have we been able to establish contact. Be very careful with this site. It seems that they indicate instand availability while in fact they are ordering the product (if they order it) we made purchase of around 6K and it seems they dont even bother to pickup the phone.

PLEASE READ THIS UPDATE!

It has been a month since I made an order with DODAX and I have NOT received it. I have written several times and the response has been "be patient". But now when I write to them, there is NO REPLY PLUS, the Customer Service phone number is a joke because when you press the number for your language, nothing happens and the message repeats itself. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM DODAX!!!

Still do not buy from DODAX but since I wrote this yesterday…I was internet persistent And if I can do it so can you! Dodax is in Switzerland, so I googled everything and found a site that if you click on Telephone number you will get a cell phone number. I called, got a person and asked about my order. Got the same line that its on its way BUT I said I wanted my money back AND I got it back immediately! REALLY! Sounds like the guy ( who gave me his name on the website of the CEO) is a one person show, just a supplier, not a proper warehouse with what’s on the website. Possible bankruptcy in the future if you notice on “Review” sites that his ratings have dropped to “Negative” within the last month. About the time the Supply Chains got muddled. So, I definitely would still not buy from DODAX but it is possible to get your money back.

I ordered from this company a while back, the product was meant to arrive between the 4th and 8th of July and still hasn’t, I then contacted the service multiple times and have received no response! If I don’t get any information about the product I just want my money back! What do I do?! I think they’ve scammed me

Buyer beware! Item never arrived. Impossible to get in contact with a representative of the company. Would never order from them again. Amazon promptly refunded my money.

Not even worthy of 1 star.
Take the money,accept the order, then no further comms regarding shipping or response to requests for info/updates.
Should have taken a minute to look at reviews before placing an order with this sham outfit, saved myself over a fortnight of wasted time & effort.

Bought 2 times through Amazon. Got dispatch emails but never received anything. Had to get Amazon to refund me since they never answered
