Never received ordered item! No answers to messages! Worst shopping experience so far

articolo ordinato tramite amazon e mai arrivato, scritto decine di volta ma non hanno mai risposto, e per giunta non è consentito riavere i soldi. Son molto furbi o truffaldini. Il cd in questione era aumentato di prezzo notevolmente di prezzo, quindi non l'hanno piu' consegnato.

Report the transaction at your bank saying you have been scammed and attach all the available conversation with Dodax to support your claim. I got my money back through my bank. Hope this helps!

Lieferung und Verpackung war immer sehr gut und hab immer das bekommen was ich gesucht hatte und auch immer geliefert bekommen ich war immer mit Dodax zufrieden ich kann nichts Negatives sagen die DVDs die ich immer gekauft hatte war zwar nicht gerade Billig aber waren immer neu und nichts dran,Aber jetzt wollte ich bei dennen wieder nach einer DVD gucken die am 24.11.2022 erst raus kommt und habe gesehen das es die seite von Dodax garnicht mehr gibt echt schade ich hatte nie was aus zu setzen gehabt aber kann man nichts machen.

Order a vinyl and waited months, sent various emails and told my order was shipped. Never received it! Avoid at all costs

Creo que desede principio de año 2022 Dodax ya no existe . Compre a fines del año 2021 y obtuve el reembolso, para algo y pese a las criticas existe Paypal. supieron ser buenos durante años porque creo que he hecho antiguamente unas 20 o 25 compras sin problemas pero por esas cosas de la vida desaparecio

I Ordered a £60 case in April
They said they were ‘awaiting stock’ but I said I could wait - they had good reviews.
They were slow to answer but Eventually they said it was shipped. I never received it - they Never replied to my emails.
And now no email or website exists.

If you used PayPal you may get a refund but what if you didn’t?
Probably nothing.

if you give notice of closure early...
and it doesn't matter if it's sudden ,
so as long as you refund everything...
you have been conscientious for many years

Avoid like the plague, bought off of ebay they never sent item and ignored messages

Dodax no longer exists. I heard they were good. Too bad I ordered too late (May 2022). I have paid with PayPal and requested a refund. I got the money back within hours.

I only got one of the two CDs that I have ordered

I can add myself to the list of people that have been scammed by Dodax. In summary, I placed an order the 4th of June 2022, then the 8th of July they cancelled the order, and although they said they would issue a refund the money never came. Absolutely disgusted that today such a retailer can exist, pulling this scam.

Dodax filed for Bankruptcy guys. They are no more.

I used Dodax for many years, mainly for media items. They were absolutely amazing, and they’re customer service was second to none.

There’s no “Scam” going on here. Just a once amazing company, now gone out of business.

R.I.P. Dodax. You guys were amazing.

P.S. For those who paid with PayPal, submit a claim to get you ££€€$$ back. That’s what I did. PayPal refunded my payment in just under 2 weeks.

Avoid getting anything from this website. Ordered a CD in June 2022. Was emailed that it would arrive in July, then received notification that the order was cancelled with no explanation given. As of this date, I have not received a refund. Sent email to their customer service and, after 2 days, I was notified that the e-mail was undeliverable. Guess I'm out $19.99!!!
Lesson learned...always check reviews on any online company before placing an order.

Ordered cutlery set six months ago. Sent ten emails. No reply. Spent £500. Nothing!!! Phone number disconnected.

I ordered a filter for my iron .Recieved a very jolly email saying they had the order and my item would arrive soon.That was in June . Dodax if you can't get the item then refund me . Impossible to get through to customer service but then I expected that to happen. Lesson learned avoid online unless a reputable well known company.

Are you guys really that stupid to give 1 star reviews now and saying its a scam for a company that bankrupted last month? you cant do anything to get your money back and its only your fault to buy something without checking if they had any problems then?

Luckily I didn't spend too much, only £8 for SATA cables. Nonetheless, they scammed me out of my £8, and for me it said "shipped" for the whole time with no dispatch or delivery notifications. Now their website doesn't work, meaning this was a well established scandal. AVOID

Twice they took money from me for Gel pens. The pen was,a colour I liked and they were no longer being name so I thought grab them while I could. £32.00 down, no pens & no replies or anything. Totally disgusted. Totally ripped off. I'd had pens from them before. I like writing in colours. They came in useful at work for different subjects, diffcolour pen etc.
