I ordered some ink at a cost of £116 on 22/06/2022. Still not delivered 16/08/2022, and the customer services now refuse to answer any requests for a refund.
I will be using the small claims court for recompense as this is plain theft.
Had to give them 1 star as it will not allow no stars, which they deserve.

Bin stinksauer...meine Ware konnten sie mir nicht liefern und auf mein Geld warte ich immernoch. Es werden auch schon keine E Mails mehr beantwortet...

I ordered two items in May,still I haven't received them (and possibly I would never get them).Order status was '' sent''.Then I ordered two more and after a long time the cancelled the order.Of course,like many others point,I didn't get a refund.I contacted them several times,no response.I paid them via bank transfer ,so I lost my money (it was over 60e).It was a great company before the bankruptcy,everything was great.I don't understand why they ripped so many people off...Shame on them..How a reliable and trustworthy company becomes a scammer...I'm wondering if there are legal consequences for their stealings.I saw many reviews by customers and the money they've lost are too much.Their webshop was open after their bankruptcy ,they claimed they had items on stock and after the payment they didn't sent any order.Took your money and no delivery,no refund ,no explanation.The owner must be punished.

It’s been 2 months since I ordered cd ( Sun kids ) and have yet to receive it. It was upper thirties in price. They appear to be predator merchants.

Ich kanns nicht glauben! Hab bei dodax.ch am 27. Juni ein wirklich teueres, wissenschaftliches Buch bestellt, das ich für meine Qualifikationsarbeit brauche. Bist jetzt habe ich nichts mehr gehört und dummerweise das Buch bereits per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Jetzt lese ich, dass dodax.ch Konkurs angemeldet hat, auch die Website ist nicht mehr erreichbar. Das bedeutet wohl, dass ich sowohl Buch als auch Geld vergessen kann. Dafür hatte ich extra gespart...😢

For those who havig issues with DODAX, if you payed through PAYPAL, i recomend OPEN A RECLAMATION on PAYPAL. It worked for me !!!

I ordered headphone/headset accessory Cushion/ring set back in June, not received it yet. Website is down and no response from my emails :-(

0 Star. Avoid! Avoid! It’s awful. I bought one book 26 June and I am not receiving that book. No answer by phone or mail. Today the web page does not open! Maybe it will be closed forever! I’m contacting my lawyer in Germany against this company!!!

Ordered 3 LP records in June ,one record was received in July and then rest of purchase were cancelled by Dodax without any notification or money refund. Not responding on emails and Dodax web site is down for last few days . Do not use this company ,you will loose money.

Bestelling geplaatst, nooit ontvangen, cerschillende mails gestuurd, nooit reactie gekregen, na paar maanden standaard mail gekregen, bestelling was geannuleerd en ik zou terug betaald worden door de des betreffende afdeling, helaas nooit meer wat gehoord, ook niet na vele malen mailen. Nu zie ik ook dat hun website offline is gezet, dat betekend, fluiten naar de centjes, stelletje dieven! Heb op zijn minst het fatsoen om de mensen die betaald hebben hun geld terug te geven, arrogante klootzakken! Hebben jullie enig idee wat jullie sommige mensen aan doen??

Ordered a CD back in May – it was supposedly dispatched a month later, but still didn't arrive. When I emailed them via their website (in itself hard to find) I just received generic responses not addressing my issue. A month later still and another message was not replied to. In summary, a bunch of charlatans who have taken the money and run.

Ordered steak knife set July 2022, when I emailed to check delivery of order few weeks later they replied for me to check account online.
The day I queried no delivery they cancelled the order.
Nearly 1 month later I'm still waiting on refund. I've emailed but they don't reply!!
Will never use this website again, definitely don't recommend

Wir haben am 10.06.2021 LED Kerzen und Fernbedienung hierzu bestellt. Bezahlt wurde mittels Kreditkarte. Bisher noch keine Lieferung erhalten.

Auf ein mehrmaliges Nachfragen bzgl. Status gab es nur ein automatisiertes Mail vom Kundenservice. Telefonisch kann man keinen erreichen.
Wir sind einfach nur zu tiefst erschüttert und verärgert über derartige Praktiken.

An alle interessierten Käufer, BITTE, BITTE, BITTE nicht auf dieser Seite kaufen. Es ist eine Betrugsmasche.

Ein Stern ist viel zu viel!!!
Kassiert Kaufpreis, schickt aber keine Ware!!!
Auf E-Mails werden hinhaltende Antworten geschickt!!!

Scam site. I never received the item. They kept telling me it would soon be received but I never did. In the end the bank refunded me.

bestelling gedaan op 18 juni. Nooit wat geleverd natuurlijk. Diverse mails gestuurd, standaard antwoord-returnmail dat als er op je bestelling staat dat het product niet geleverd kan worden, je je geld terugkrijgt op de wijze dat je het betaald hebt. Ja ja, niet dus. Helaas is mijn zoontje nu de dupe en zijn vader geen kadootje gehad voor zijn verjaardag.
Echt iets om trots op te zijn DODAX.... ALS JE AL BESTAAT

I ordered 2 vinyls which didn't arrive. They were for a present so my son in law got sweet fa for his birthday from us. It seems I was lucky because PayPal refunded me promptly. Like other reviewers I wonder how a company as bad as this can be allowed to survive.

Ordine cancellato senza motivo poi cerco lo stesso disco e ne risultano disponibili più di 10 copie.
Non rispondono alle mail e non si può cancellare l'iscrizione.
Fortuna che ho riavuto indietro i soldi tramite PayPal.
State alla larga da Dodax!

Like with a lot of other people, I have had an HORRENDOUS experience with this god awful company.

Won't go on about it but I ordered two items. The second item I ordered before finding out that this company were a joke.

First item faulty and returned. Even though I had FULL proof of the issue, even Paypal wouldn't help me with this (thanks for nothing Paypal!!!!) so I have had to go the chargeback route which is still ongoing.

Second (expensive) item ordered and this joke of a company said it was sent. Six weeks later and still no sign of it. Thankfully Paypal actually refunded this time round.

Do NOT order ANYTHING from these bunch of crooks!!! Without a doubt the worst company I have dealt with and no doubt run by another manager who is there due to WHO he knows, not WHAT he knows!!! Which seems to be the norm up and down the UK with managers who are incompetent, useless, shirk ALL responsibility, pass the buck and want the job title AND the wage, but do NOT want the work!!!!
