Die haben meine Bestellung annulliert und das Geld mit bezahlter Visa Karte behalten. Seit 4 Monaten kein Kontakt mehr möglich.

Total utter scam. No goods turn up, take your money, then they cancel your order. Will not respond to any amount of emails, no correspondence at all. I've threatened to plaster there antics all over social media, still no reply. And the best bit....now the website doesn't exist anymore!!!

Dodax are a very popular seller on Amazon.co.uk, and I have ordered from them, via Amazon, many times in the past. I decided to start ordering direct from their website, as it is cheaper, and I wanted to do business with them directly, as I was fond of the company. I placed one order with them a few months ago, which was dispatched quickly, and arrived without issue. So they seemed like a trustworthy retailer to me, going from my past experiences.

On this occasion, I had ordered two DVD boxsets from them, on July 10th. I was surprised that after a couple weeks, I had not received any dispatch notifications yet. So, I logged into my account on the Dodax website, and found that the status of my order had been changed to "cancelled", on the 15th July. I was baffled, as I had not requested to cancel my order, and I had not received any communication from the retailer to notify me that my order had been cancelled, or any explanation as to why. They had not refunded the money back to my account, either. I used their online contact form to get in touch with them, politely asking why my order had been cancelled, and why they had kept my money. They completely ignored my message. So, I used the same contact form, and sent them another message, about two weeks later. This, too, was rudely ignored. Finally, I found a company email on their website, and sent them an email instead, this time, as they were either not receiving my communications using their contact forms, or were just ignoring them. They ignored my email, too. I have wasted so much time, writing them polite and detailed messages about my order, only to have them all ignored. After reading other similar reviews on TrustPilot, it's clear that this is a scam that Dodax is operating.

In summary, they let you place an order, then cancel your order, and keep your money.

Absolutely disgusted that a retailer can exist, pulling this scam. I've never known this type of behavior from a well established retailer. It's just baffling to me that they can get away with doing this. I am now trying to get Dodax shut down, for fraudulent trading, and I am trying to get my money back from my bank, by submitting a fraud claim.

AVOID DODAX AT ALL COSTS! They are a totally unethical retailer.

Ich warte seit 2 Monaten auf meine Ware, bzw. eine Rückerstattung. Die Witzbolde melden sich nicht einmal.

I ordered an item that I have not received. I do not expect to receive it. I was notified that it was shipped but I believe this to be a lie. In short, they are thieves.

Order cancelled no refund no reply to my email.AVOID !!!!

I placed an order some months ago, and didn't received the item. It's been many emails to them since, and no reply. Still haven't had a refund or heard any word! Think it is a scam company

ich habe für meinen sohn was zum Geburtstag bestellt und 2 Monate später diesen Artikel nicht erhalten Kundenanrufe werden nicht angenommen und Emails nicht richtig beantwortet wenn man sein Geld zurück verlangt bekomme man es auch nicht ich kaufe bei Dodax nie wieder

I would give 0 stars if possible. Similar to other experiences I have read. They took my money. The order was pending for a month. Then they cancelled the order and never refunded my money. This is a garbage company for garbage people. Never responded to my emails. Their website isn't even active anymore.

Never got my order.
They just took my money and failed to supply item or communicate.
I got no refund from them.
I raised a case with PayPal who also got no response!
Just don't go near them.

Dodax was a huge favorite of mine; since finding them online many years ago, i ordered all of my cds with great satisfaction and great prices.

Just now, i wanted to order new music but noticed the website was offline.. After a Google search I unfortunately read about a bankruptcy :(

Don't know if this is true (but yes the website is down), but if due to any kind of setback; either way, I am so very sad to read all these hateful and negative reviews :( I understand the frustration but they don't deserve this kind of bashing.

If in bankruptcy I can imagine they are feeling as low as it gets and at the height of distress..

I understand that many customers writing reviews are disappointed in the lack of delivery, refunds or any reply but I hope to reach out to some of them because it feels unfair to judge dodax on their current situation alone!

I neeeever write reviews but i now realize i maybe should have 🥺 just cause I know for a fact that they deserve 5 stars for every week in all the years they were around

In the past I have placed orders at Dodax several times without problems, but recently they cancelled three of my orders without giving me a refund, despite two reminders to their customer service. I think Dodax is in financial troubles, and I do not recommend anyone placing an order at Dodax.

Ordered 'LOTUSGRILL G-HB3-D115 outdoor barbecue/grill accessory Charcoal' on 21st June.
Despite numerous emails the product never came. On 23rd July Dodax cancelled the order and no refund.
Have emailed asking for my refund but it has not been forthcoming. Absolute joke of a company. Non existent customer service. Avoid.

I ordered a CD JUNE 16TH it never came I contacted them via email many times but no response. Nothing but rip off merchants.
Do Not buy from this company.

Dodax is crap. Ordered 3 albums. It was supposed to arrive within 1-2 weeks. I received 2 in 2 separate packages (more than 2 weeks), as for the 3rd album, I never received it. I emailed the customer service and suddenly, the order got cancelled (after more than 1 month). Still havent been able to get a refund and they are not answering my emails anymore. Definitely would not recomment
