Assurdo ordinato un articolo mai arrivato da evitare

Voorheen ging het goed. Dodax was nooit snel met leveren maar vaak wel de goedkoopste.
Nu opeens 2 bestellingen die een maand na de verzenddatum nog niet zijn aangekomen.
De klantenservice reageert niet persoonlijk maar stuurt een standaardbericht waar je niets aan hebt. Dit was dus de laatste keer dat ik hier bestel.

Geen boek ontvangen, bestelling status door dodax geannuleerd en geen centen terug ontvangen. De firma spreken onmogelijk. Verbinding wordt verbroken en mail contact is een standaard mail service..

Buch bestellt, bezahlt, und nichts gekommen.
Schliesslich wurde es storniert, ohne Info. Kein Geld ist geflossen. Fragen per Mail werden mit einer schon im Voraus prämarierten Standartantwort beantwortet.

Man sieht auch, dass sich auf dieser Plattform die negativen Beiträge häufen. Ich werde nie mehr bei Dodax etwas bestellen.

Een mooie cd besteld, ik kreeg een mail waarin in ze uitbundig blij waren met mijn bestelling, 6 juni besteld, nu 18 juli niets ontvangen, helaas, centjes kwijt.

Just the worst. Ordered a speaker, it didn't arrive. Emailed 3 times before receiving an auto-reply email 2 weeks later. Logged in again to view on the website, now it just says it has been cancelled. They have not yet given me a refund (3 weeks after estimated delivery).

Zeer slecht. Heb 5 weken geleden besteld, niks ontvangen en wel betaald. Nu is de order geannuleerd en ik kom met geen mogelijkheid in contact met iemand... dus geen geld terug...

Do not use this company/website. Their listings are all false and the customer service is non-existent.

Great prices but they do not have the products to fulfil their orders.

Pay a little extra with a reputable organisation and save yourself the agony.

Attenti a Dodax Italy. Non vi spediscono ciò che comprate. Hanno trattenuto i miei ottanta euro per cinquantasei giorni e non rispondono ai messaggi. Meno male che c'era la garanzia a z di Amazon. State attenti ragazzi!

Dodax verhielt sich in meinem Falle so, wie es von vielen anderen enttäuschten Usern vor mir dokumentiert wurde (was ich leider erst nach meiner Bestellung festgestellt habe). Die versprochene Lieferzeit wurde um einen Monat überschritten, dazwischen bekam ich auf Anfrage ausweichende bzw. gelogene Nachrichten (Paket sei unterwegs mit Link zur CH-Post, aber CH-Post zeigte an, es sei nichts unterwegs). Kundendienst war per Telefon nicht erreichbar. Ich wollte stornieren, was glatt ignoriert wurde. Kontakt mit PayPal änderte nichts am Kommunikationsstil. Die Sendung ist nun endlich angekommen, ich frage mich aber, ob das womöglich an meinem Kontakt mit Paypal liegt und sie in anderen Fällen darauf hoffen, dass die Bestellung versandet, ohne dass sie das Geld zurückerstatten müssen. Ich bezweifle, dass es sich um ein seriöses Unternehmen handelt. Für mich ist jedenfalls klar: Nie wieder!

DER Kontakt zu Dodax Telefonnisch unmöglich. Erst als Paypal eingeschaltet wurde wurde ich aufeinmal kontaktiert Nach ca 10mails. Jetzt hoffe ich das Geld zurück zu bekommen und werde dort nichts mehr Bestellen..

I was looking for collectors edition of a game and found a listing for it on this site. I checked the site reviews before buying, but still decided to give them a chance. Big mistake.

Upon placing the order the website stated there were 10 copies in stock and it would be delivered within a week. I waited for the dispatch email for a week before I contacted them about it. I received a reply within a couple of days saying they were waiting for stock and it would be dispatched as soon as they had it. At this time the website still stated that they had 10 in stock.

Another week passed with no dispatch so I contacted them again to cancel the order and get a refund. By this time the stock level had changed from 10, to currently out of stock but awaiting delivery of more, to then having the item page removed from the site completely.
Despite the fairly quick response to my first email, I had no reply at all to my second regarding cancelling the order. Shock.

After not hearing from Dodax for another week I opened a case on PayPal for a refund, and after almost two more weeks I have finally received a response from Dodax confirming that my order has been cancelled and I will be receiving a refund.
Clearly they never had any copies of the game in stock, and even now the page states currently out of stock but awaiting more.

This site should not be trusted at all and honestly should be shut down.

The worst support service of all time. After 25 days of ordering and already a delayed delivery they cancelled my order and 6 days after this, no refund yet.

Finger weg!!!! Bestellte und bereits bezahlte Ware wird nie verschickt !!!!

Goods never arrived. Now over 7 weeks. All I get from customer "service" is automated email saying I have to wait. 5 requests for help have gone unanswered. Wiser but poorer. Do not order from these people.

I don’t know what has happened to Dodax, but current service is awful whether deliberately or for some other reason. Items described as “in stock” are not and might never be. There is no cancellation option and customer service is non-existent. Try contacting them via your payment option/credit card: at least then you can get them to cancel. Not worth bothering with them.

Ordered an item, they took my money but never fulfilled the order. If you don't have the item in stock, don't advertise it for sale. It's not rocket science. Very disappointed and will never use again and advise others to steer well clear.

Wouldn't even rate them 1 star . Absolutely no communication even though I've sent 30+ emails . Very annoyed and would advise never to use them . Total waste of time and my money . Never order anything from DODAX . 100% SCAMMERS !!!!
