Thiefs, they cancelled my order after 2.months of waiting for it. Avoid them. Still waiting for refund money, no answer from them. No properly customer service, you can just send email to them, and they don't reply for it.

I ordered a CD on June 7th. I received an email on June 21st to say that it had been shipped. When it still hadn't arrived by July 19th, I contacted them via their website. I've had no response and still no CD. I wish I'd read the reviews here before I ordered, I will certainly avoid these people in future.

I have used DODAX for many years. The last CD I received was in June 2022. Then the next order was never fulfilled and I got a refund from Amazon. I am curious to see what is the problem with this seller. It was never a scam company. I heard they might have gone out of business. Hope they can recover however...If anyone knows more please share!

Order not received.
Totalling £57.02 and ordered on 6th June, 09:56. Supposedly sent 22nd June but not received.
Please arrange credit and stop sending me cut and paste responses referring me my account.

Avoid this scam site!! Ordered a vinyl that never arrived because Dodax canceled the order without prior notification. Never could get a hold of customer service, as they don't reply to emails and phone calls. Will try to get my refund through Paypal, that's my only hope.

I ordered a CD from Dodax which was scheduled for delivery on 5th July. A week later, still nothing. I sent two enquiries and received no reply. Out of the blue an email arrived (15th July) telling me to check my order history - I did and found that they had cancelled the order. And the refund? I'm still waiting...

Ordered item 1 month ago, didnt arrive when they said, customer service eventually sent a standard reply after 3 weeks to say item had shipped, raised claim with Paypal who have refunded me. Avoid this scam site.

Can only say this company is a SCAM. No delivery of items with nothing but generic email responses if at all. 2 months since order and nothing…

Please do not waste your time / money

Terrible service, ordered a record and it never came, tried to call no answer, emailed, no answer, had to escalate through PayPal, Dordax finally stated they would refund me as they couldn’t get my item, however couple of weeks and still no refund and had had to log a money back from PayPal, that evening strangely an email from the company telling me if I haven’t got my refund to claim from PayPal or my credit card. Awful service, long process and hassle, wish I’d read the reviews on the company prior to ordering.

0rdered an item for £55 on the 28th june 2022, was given estimated delivery date between 7th - 12th July but never recieved goods. tried to contact Dodax on the 15th july via the email they sent confirmation of purchase to myself, which bounced back and then sent a message through their query form online, seems only way to contact, which means you do not have a reciept of the message. they have not replied yet and it is now 22nd July. very unproffessional. i have started a refund process with paypal.

Extremely poor. Ordered a CD over 6 weeks ago and have never received it. Contacted customer service who took 4 days to reply to advise item was delayed even though it was listed as in stock. In the end I requested to cancel the item but have never heard from them to confirm this. Very poor company with bad customer service. Certainly won't use again!!

UPDATE: Have chased twice for a refund. All correspondence has been ignored and still no refund has been issued.

ich kann mich den anderen schlechten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Ware wurde nicht geliefert und zehn Tage nach dem Liefertermin die Bestellung storniert ohne mich darüber zu Informieren oder meine Zahlung zurück zu senden. Eine E-Mail Anfrage blieb bisher unbeantwortet, also hilft nur noch die Zahlung so schnell wie möglich über PayPal zurück zu fordern.
An Dodax, so geht man nicht mit seinen Kunden um!

Op 27 juni j.l. een bestelling bij Dodax gedaan van 12,86.
Ik kreeg een bericht terug, dat ik de bestelling correct geplaatst had en tussen 5-en 7 juli het bestelde geleverd zou worden. Omdat de bestelling rond de vermelde datum niet in de brievenbus lag, ben ik op enig moment, ik hield rekening met vertraging, maar gaan kijken waarom niet! Op de website zag ik tot mijn verbazing dat de bestelling op 15 juli geannuleerd was.
Ik heb dat niet zelf gedaan en via het contactformulier gevraagd om mijn betaling te restitueren.
Daarop geen antwoord gekregen en als ik nu lees, dat er problemen zijn, begrijp ik, dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben.

Erst warte ich monatelang auf die Bestellung, dann wird Diese storniert, was ich erst durch Zufall entdecke (keine Info per Mail). Auf Aufforderung mein Geld zurückzuschicken wird einfach nicht reagiert und ich muss PayPal einschalten. Warte immer noch.

Dodax levert niet, reageert niet op mail, beantwoordt de telefoon niet en stuurt het door mij betaalde geld (37,61) niet retour

Eventual Refund received, but what a bad company. Communications next to zero. Did not reply to my messages. They ended up cancelling my entire order, but did not tell me. Only found out after checking my order on their website.
Managed to get my money refunded after opening a case on PayPal, who got things moving quickly.

Ordered a board game which was showing an image of an English box.
I have received a German version, told Dodax that their picture refers to the English version and that I had returned the game to them, asking for a refund.
The picture was later updated with a picture of the German version, but I have never received a single reply to my emails/messages on facebook, apart from an automated email.
Case opened with PayPal, as Dodax is unable to deal with emails. I was refunded by PayPal on 1 August.
Appalling... Will certainly never use again!

Der Verkäufer löscht einfach die Bestellung OHNE den Käufer zu verständigen. Einfach nur skandalös

So bad I should be giving a zero but that’s not possible so I’m giving a one! Money taken for goods on 17/6/22 but still no item received and not processing my refund. Not replying to my emails!! DO NOT USE!!

Meine Bestellung wurde einfach storniert, aber mein Geld will Dodax anscheinend einfach behalten. Zumindest geht dort niemand ans Telefon und auch meine E-Mails verlaufen ins Leere. Hab jetzt das einzig richtige gemacht und Paypal eingeschaltet!
