Got my collectible box set for around £50. Noticed when I opened it the box was damaged. Asked for compensation they offered £9 or for me to return the box set. Prices of box set gone up meanwhile and am unable purchase elsewhere. £9 won’t refund loss in value of box set as I wanted to keep as collectible. Return it? When they don’t respond to emails anymore and potentially end up with nothing? No thanks!

Ordered cd which never arrived.Promised a replacement but this has apparently disappeared into the ether too.Sent refund request and,surprise,surprise....nothing..nada.. total silence.A bad move on their part because I buy a lot of cds and would have been a frequent return customer.As it is I will never buy from them again.

Bestellung durch Verkäufer ohne jede Information storniert. Keine Reaktion auf Mails. Rückerstattung nur via PayPal zu erreichen. Erklärungen finden sich indes im Internet, wobei unklar ist, wieso der Zustand unverändert bleibt. Eine große Enttäuschung!

Ordine fatto il 16 giugno, consegna prevista tra il 24 ed il 28 giugno. Non è mai arrivato nulla (oggi è il 29 luglio). Ho scritto al customer service (customerservice at dodax.it), nessuna risposta. Quando ho chiamato il numero di telefono (+390294755877) mi ha risposto un messaggio preregistrato in inglese che chiedeva di lasciare un messaggio dopo il "bip" ... e poi si è interrotta la chiamata. Logicamente non mi hanno contattato e non mi hanno reso i soldi che ho pagato per i prodotti mai arrivati ... provo a riscrivere ma con poche speranze ...

Ware bestellt, nie bekommen.
Keine Antwort auf Mail oder Telefonat.
Mittels PayPal das Geld zurückbekommen.

ordine fatto a fine maggio e mai spedito. solleciti vari e a fine luglio mi hanno annullato l'ordine ma senza accredito del dovuto. svariati solleciti via mail (al telefono non rispondono) ma senza riscontro e senza accredito...da evitare

DO NOT USE. I had exactly the same experience as everyone else. Placed an order. Charged on the same day. Went way past the delivery date. Contacted customer service, order was then cancelled by them. Said I would get refund. Nothing received. Not getting anymore responses to emails

Been using dodax to buy music for a few years now. It was always cheap, and the customer service great. Any time an order took too long to arrive, they offered me a refund or a replacement.
Now, for the last 2 weeks, whenever I try to place an order, it says the web is under maintenance...
I wonder what the problem might be, maybe they're running out of business, as some users mention (and that would be terrible, at least for me). But definitely it is NOT a scam company.

Ich habe am 09.06. ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meine Frau bestellt. Liefertermin wäre der 20.06. gewesen. Die Ware kam leider nicht an. Dann habe ich Dodax kontaktiert. Hier wurde sich für die Verzögerung entschuldigt und gleichzeitig bestätig dass das Paket sich schon im Versand befindet und in 1 bis 2 Tagen eintreffen soll. Die Ware kam jedoch immer noch nicht, Auf weitere Anfragen gab es dann keine Reaktionen mehr. Daher habe ich Paypal kontaktiert und das Geld auch schnell wieder erstattet bekommen. Fazit: Dodax ist reiner Betrug, sogar vor dreisten Lügen wird nicht zurückgeschreckt. Zum Glück gibt es den Käuferschutz auf Paypal sonst wäre das Geld wohl weg gewesen.
Mein Rat: Einen weiten Bogen um diese Seite machen!!!!!!

Bestellung vor einem Monat aufgegeben. Geld weg. Keine Reaktion per Telefon oder w-mail. Übelst.

Order is over a month late, only one response from customer services, with what appears to be a standard response, not specific to my request for information. Have failed to reply to further contact and requests. Not going to be buying from here again.

Ordered vinyl was due to come within 10 days, didn’t come. A month later it still hadn’t arrived so contacted through website and they just cancelled the order with no explanation. Almost 2 weeks later I still haven’t got my money back.

Basically a fraud site. I ordered an item. It never arrived. They responded to my enquiry saying it was sent, but they did not provide any details or a tracking number. They kept sending me emails saying to keep waiting and maybe it would arrive eventually. Then they stopped responding to my enquiries. No number to call.

This is just a disaster! Lost money and my time, the paid item has never arrived. No action thus, do not deal with them.

Please avoid this company!

I placed an order with an expected delivery date of 2 weeks. It has now been nearly 2 months and I still have not received the order, despite it saying it has been dispatched on my account.

I've emailed them several times asking for a refund and have not received a response. Diabolical company. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I placed my order on the 5th June with the hope of getting it before the end of June as I wanted to give it as a gift. The status on my order said "shipped" on the 15th June. I waited a few days but nothing arrived. I gave it a few more weeks to arrive but as it didn't, I emailed on the 28th June to ask where my order was.

I didn't receive an email back until the 15th July which told me to check the order status (which I'd already done many times) and if it said shipped it should arrive in a few days but if it said cancelled then they're unable to fill my order. It still said shipped.

I emailed back on the 16th July to ask what was going on and they didn't respond. I then emailed again on the 22nd July and still haven't heard back. Absolutely terrible service.
