Final order placed on 9 June; a three-week delivery time was quoted. First enquiry after almost six weeks, following which dispatch was announced for 29 July. Further enquiry on 4 August asking why the order hadn’t been delivered. The only response was a load of nonsense, with a new delivery date given as from 14 August. If I’m lucky, I’ll receive the shoes after 70 (!) days. I now believe that the company is deceiving its customers and will take legal action if the deadline passes again without delivery.

I ordered a pair of sneakers on May 9, 2026; there was no proactive communication afterwards, only evasive responses to my inquiries. Despite making multiple patient requests for a delivery date, I finally received a refund on August 5, 2026. I was happy to support the commendable idea of ​​sustainable production, but this situation went far beyond what is acceptable—three months passed without any voluntary updates; a greater degree of professionalism would be welcome.

The shoes are beautiful and qualitative.
The customer service explained to me that they had to change their location, which caused some delay, so I think everything will be good from now on.

On the basis of the response and the quality of the product I would consider buying from diverge again and hope that the time issues have been truly put to bed

Avoid this shop! It is a scam.

I paid 125 quid for a pair of sneakers 2 months ago. After all delivery deadlines passed somebody from the shop wrote to me asking which size do I need (!). One confirmation was not enough, a week after another question on the same topic. Then finally they confirmed they have all the info, reassured the sneakers will be dispatched soon — and vanished for good. No replies, no update, no response for mails and calls, nada — for more than three weeks already....

Finalement mes chaussures sont arrivées,je suis sastifait de la qualité, cela correspond a mes attentes .

I've ordered three weeks ago, with a 3 week delivery period. After asking a status update I got the response that it is very busy and they just moved to a new space and as such it was delayed. I still have no clue what the status is, i'll give them 2 more weeks to ship the shoes.

Absolute scum. Avoid at all costs. I have ordered 50 days ago and have not received them and seriously doubt that I will. I contacted them several times and have only received vague answers. They offered to refund 25% refund three weeks ago but never received anything. Terrible.

Hours after writing the above review I was contacted by one of the founders of the company who offered me a 50% discount and a promise to look into my order. He sorted everything out and within four days of writing the review I received both the sneakers and the refund. The sneakers are nice but as I already told Joao I would not order from them again, given what I had to through just to get what them delivered.

Je modifie mon avis car à la suite du probleme ils ont reagi... donc mon experience a été ameliorée, je reste en attente de la suite du suivi qui a l'air d'avancer.

J'ai commandé 4 paires de chaussures le 15 fevrier, et 3 autres en 45 le 27 fevrier
Je souhaite un remboursement car meme la taille au dessus ne me va pas. Le design est sympa mais pas pour mon pied trop large.
J'attends la reprise et mon 2 eme remboursement.
j'ai enfin reussi à les joindre par email.
Reste plus que 357€ en attente de remboursement

First pair of shoes came with defect. They just send another pair, and they are just perfect.

Beautiful shoes, handmade in a small local firm, not a massive factory. And when the shoes they delivered were too small, it was simple and free to return them for a larger pair.

Ich habe am 12.12.2025 bestellt und bis heute keine Lieferung erhalten. Seitdem hatte ich mehrfach Kontakt mit dem Support per E-Mail. Dabei wurden mir immer wieder neue Deadlines genannt und ich habe jedes Mal die Rückmeldung bekommen, dass meine Bestellung „ab jetzt priorisiert“ wird.

Leider ist trotzdem nichts passiert und es gab keinerlei Fortschritt beim Versand oder eine verbindliche Lösung. Nach meiner letzten E-Mail wurde mir zwar ein 20%-Code angeboten (den habe ich auch erhalten) und mir wurde eine schnelle Versendung meiner Sneaker zugesichert, allerdings habe ich seitdem keine weitere Rückmeldung erhalten (letzte Nachricht vom 09.01.2026). Es ist nicht akzeptabel solange auf die Lieferung zu warten.

Zur Qualität der Schuhe kann ich aktuell nichts sagen, da ich sie noch nicht erhalten habe. Aber was Support, Produktion und Versand betrifft, war meine Erfahrung leider sehr enttäuschend und unprofessionell.

Ich möchte die Schuhe weiterhin erhalten und die Bestellung nicht stornieren. Allerdings möchte ich nicht erneut vertröstet werden, da der Versand seit dem 12.12.2025 bereits mehrfach verschoben wurde und mir immer wieder neue Deadlines genannt wurden.

Daher bitte ich Sie um eine verbindliche Bestätigung, wann genau die Bestellung verschickt wird, inklusive Trackingnummer, sobald das Paket an den Versanddienstleister übergeben wurde.

Die Aussage „voraussichtlich nächste Woche“ ist für mich nach den bisherigen Erfahrungen leider nicht mehr ausreichend. Ich möchte jetzt eine klare und konkrete Information, damit ich mich darauf verlassen kann.

Just bought these Diverge sneakers and honestly, they're up there with the best I've ever had. I'm in the UK, and they took about three weeks to arrive from Portugal where they're handmade – totally worth it for the quality.

There was a bit of a sizing hiccup at first, but the team sorted it out super quick with a free return label and whipped up a fresh pair in my exact size, no hassle. The craftsmanship is top-notch, comfy as hell, and they just feel premium.

Despues de unas pequeñas demoras y confusiones con el pedido, el mismo dueño se comunico directamente conmigo y soluciono todo. Quede tremendamente contento con las zapatillas que las uso a diario. Es mas, compre 2 pares mas y estoy pensando en comprar un 4to par. La calidad es buenisima y el hecho de que sea una marca boutique, lo hace mucho mas especial para mi. totalmente recomendado.
