Instead of delivering the parcel to my address, They delivered the parcel into a parcel shop. asked me to pick it up with a wrong barcode. For some days I was going up and down with this same problem. The parcel was returned and another one was sent. Very frustrating

Overpriced, poor quality and extortionate postage
£5 for shipping for something that could fit in an A5 stamped envelope is obscene. It’s lazy to have a one size fits all postage system thrown into a big bag. Postage costs set by courier, yes but be smart and think about the customer costs!!!!
The products are overpriced and blazer badges do not glue, they have to be sewn on.
Unimpressed but what choice is there as supplier is set by school. No competition.

Service and ordering is great but the choice of delivery company, not so. After 2 failed attempts (delivery company stating that nobody was home - yet we were), I had the parcel redirected to a shop for pick-up. So the delivery charge is annoying.

Fantastic service from Chloe!

Chloe was warm and apologetic, explaining the technical situation they were experiencing. She provided next steps to pay for postage and send an email with the receipt for reimbursement. Literally within minutes of sending this email, I got the full refund.

My experience at first wasn’t great but this was down to the courier - rather than the shop. Chloe at Direct Clothing went above and beyond to get my items delivered to me. Fantastic level of customer service.

Ordered 2 items same size and they are too small
Ordered 2 items same size as my child has already, and both items arrived far too small. Very disappointing, now trying to work out what size to order. Customer service were helpful, but said they had a new supplier and were aware of the issue.
