Diligent Energy is an amazing company. Greg fitted my boiler with professionalism and care, and he did it in no time; nothing was ever too much. And if there is an issue with the boiler they come out and sort it, I remember I came home and my boiler was not working, I called and they were out to me at 9am the next morning! To this day, my boiler is in tip top shape, and one thing I especially liked about him is that he gave tips on how to make the boiler efficient so you can save energy.

Great workmanship and advice provided on product installed at my home. I recommend Diligent Energy to new seekers for a new Greenstar 4000 , 30kW Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler.

I used this company to carry out my boiler service. The team arrived on time, carried out the job and ensured that no mess was left. It turned out that I had a leak, which they also managed to sort a couple of days later!

I was so impressed with the reliabity and service, that I even recommended them to my mom who needed a new boiler fitting. They also competed this job and she was satisfied with their work and fair pricing.

We recently moved into a house that needed a complete new central heating system. The guys were quick to book us in! Service was great, efficient and job finished to a great standard! We recently had our boiler stop working on us and needed it repairing so we could at least have hot water again. Carl and his team responded promptly, diagnosed the problem straightaway and provided a very competitive quote there and then. The part arrived really quickly and the job was repaired in a really timely manner.

I had tried with other companies, on previous occasions, to have my boiler repaired, without success. I contacted Diligent Energy Solutions explaining my frustrations with the reoccurring issues I was experiencing. They came out on the agreed date and time and diagnosed the problem and I was provided with a costs estimate. The parts were ordered, on the day, and arrived on time. I was communicated with throughout the work being done. The team were extremely professional and friendly. I would recommend their services.

Very pleased with service provided Carl and his team. Whilst moving house recently Carl was able to come round at short notice to Service the boiler and restore heating on a large radiator.

We recently moved into a new house and needed a boiler fitting ASAP, we phoned Diligent and spoke to Jo in the office and she arranged a visit to be done and we had the boiler fitted the next week. This company are very reliable and professional, We couldn’t find a fault with the engineers who fitted our boiler they left no mess for us to clean up and took away all the rubbish. We were that impressed with this company we got them to come and fit us a new gas hob, They are all polite and very professional, we would 100% recommend this company. We will definitely be using them again.

I asked if Diligent Energy Solutions could come and carry out the annual boiler service and asked if it could be done on a particular day. Jo in the office said she would check if it was possible and come back to me ASAP. True to her word she phoned me back and tge boiler service was carried out on the day specified. They fitted the boiler 2 years ago and have carried out both annual services. I would totally recommend this company.

After 2 months of my boiler repeatedly breaking down, and my usual plumber letting me down, I decided to contact Diligent Energy Solutions based on a friends recommendation. Greg called out within 24 hours of me reporting the problem and fixed my boiler. I would highly recommend this company - they're reliable, professional and very knowledgeable.

We had a full central heating system put in. We were extremely happy all round. It was put in to a very high standard and the customer service was outstanding. Greg who came to put in our heating system in, was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I was put in touch with Dilgent through the Worcester Bosch website. Greg from Diligent contacted me within the hour and made an appointment to visit us that afternoon.
Following the visit Greg made suggestions that would
Solve some of our heating problems and also replace our ancient problematic boiler.
That was on the Friday, on the following Monday I received a quote for all the work and Greg gave us a date when he could do the work which was just over a week away so I accepted the quote.
Greg and his team arrived at 8 am as arranged and they worked virtually without a break until 4:30pm doing a brilliant job so we are very pleased with Diligent and hope they will continue to maintain our system.

My boiler broke down over Christmas. The fact it was over the busy period didn’t stop Diligent from attending to us at very short notice. Greg turned up and very quickly diagnosed the issue with the boiler and repaired it without any fuss at all. Overall the work and support from Greg and Diligent was excellent. These are a company who are clearly very trustworthy and experienced in their field. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again myself.

A year ago, I purchased a new boiler and it needed it’s first service. I contacted Diligent Energy Solutions and although they were inundated with work, they managed to book the service.
They were very friendly, professional and reliable. With regards to costs, I found them very well prices compared to other gas and heating services in the Warwickshire area. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for your expertise.
