Your boiler never breaks down at a good time. One call to Greg and he could make a plan to get it fired up again. His speed (over a holiday period) & efficiency (getting the right parts) was impressive. In a word he under promised & over delivered!

We had 3 quotes from various companies but Greg came across highly kowledgeable, professional and he laid out clearly all the options, very thorough in his presentation in a logical manner. Greg even offered to lend us free heaters to help us when our boiler broke down during xmas time. Nice gesture! Josh, the gas engineer was also very professional and extremely friendly. His work was impeccable, clean and very tidy. Now we have a new boiler installed by a reliable company that we can trust for years to come. Wish we have known them sooner. We highly recommend this company for all your heating and plumbing needs. We had a very positive experience.

We now have a new boiler, unvented cylinder, great hot water pressure and smart thermostatic radiator valves throughout giving us a warm house plus ability to control our heating room by room from the iPhone and thus operate efficiently and save money. I have used Diligent on a couple of occasions firstly to repair a faulty boiler and secondly to instal a new boiler system . Both times I found them to be quick to respond and the quality of work was excellent. This is particularly important to me as a Buy to let Landlord. I would not hesitate to use them again .

I had some major boiler issues (no hot water, heating wouldn’t come on). Greg from Diligent Energy came out and diagnosed the fault in minutes, and replaced the the pump. I’ve absolutely no issues with my boiler since. I couldn’t recommend this company enough, very honest, professional and efficient service 10/10 👍
