For the benefit of all readers, this company went into liquidation early 2025 as per feedback from an ex-employee and confirmed by my Companies House enquiries. No reflection on Diligent but a large contract went unpaid because the customer expended beyond it's means. I continued to do business with the ex-employee and have had a full central heating installation by Gas-Safe professionals from the Birmingham area. Work was done in Gloucestershire. The two man team turned up on time and completed work inside two days. I was happy and fortunate I met the ex Diligent employee who was always curteous and honest. PS. This company reports to be on-going concern giving telephone number tel:08000016118. No answer offered. It was liquidated. Any attempt to suggest otherwise is deception. Dodgy experience.
I have been asked by Diligent Entities marketing team to leave a paid review on G2. I did it pretty soon also leaving my name, profession and linkedin profile as the review it self had to be verified.
After more than a month since I left the review, I contacted Diligent Entities support and marketing team several times and they still did not provide me with the promised voucher and they are ignoring my requests.
This is just sooo disrespectful. Requesting a paid review and no provide payment is just soooo poor - I hope marketing team you will get better on this.

We recently had a new Worcester 4000 boiler installed and a Maxi back boiler and water tanks were removed as part of the job. As other reviewers have stated Diligent Energy were competitive on price but do not let that put you off.

Greg and his team, sorry don't know the other two chaps names had all of the work completed in one day. The work was completed to a very high standard and Greg even fixed an unrelated slow leak, free of charge.

Greg was also very patient with my wife who is a self-confessed Techno-Fobe. To conclude this review, I really can't recommend this company highly enough and if you are considering using Diligent for a new Worcester boiler, then yes I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I received 3 quotations for a new boiler via the Boiler Guide. The prices were all similar, but Carl did the most comprehensive survey and provided the best technical solution. I also asked them to install a shower pump at the same time. The installation team arrived early, and the boiler installation was completed the same day. Carl returned the following day to complete the shower pump installation and to fix an airlock in the hot water system. The job was completed efficiently and I would recommend them for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

Diligent were by far the best quote from the 3 companies that Boiler Guide put us in touch with, and the survey was done with the minimum of fuss.
The surveyor promised us the work would be prioritised as urgent, as the old boiler was leaking badly, and sure enough the work was booked in for 2 days after the quote had been accepted.
The workmen arrived bang on time, and were pleasant and efficient, completing the job in less than a day.
A brilliant all round experience with Diligent, and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Carl came out to give me a quote for a new boiler he was very professional and polite.
He showed me all the items they would be using and how they worked and made sure i was happy with everything.

This was the best customer service from a company in a long time.
Chase came and he done a perfect job fitting the boiler and clearing up.

I'm the trustee of a house held in a family trust: the CH boiler was working, but so old it could no longer be serviced effectively, a new boiler wa required. i sought quotes from local and national installers, Diligent Energy Solutions were one of the respondants. Greg Daly visited the property and went through all the available options. Due to wiring constraints within the property there were only a handful of suitable boilers available. Greg and I agreed on the most cost effective package (boiler, magnetic filter and replacement valves for the radiators). A couple of days later a detailed written quote arrived, it was not the cheapest but was the most comprehensive and had exceptional aftercare provision.
The installation day arrived and Chase and Dillon arrived at the agreed time and the old boiler stripped out and the new boiler installed without delay. there was a significant delay in refilling the boiler circuit due to a blocked isolation valve and an airlock but Chase and Dillon worked hard to identify and rectify the problem successfully.
when Carl Colvin (Electrician)arrived to wire up the boiler and controls he discovered that the existing wiring was substandard and could not be used to connect up the boiler safely. Carl made sure that the boiler was able to run to provide heat and hot water for my house sitter and he returned after the Easter break and spent the next three days installing a completely new boiler circuit, linking the boiler in the kitchen to the pump and the associated controls in the first floor airing cupboard. All cables had to be routed externally in conduit as there was no possibility of running cables internally. Carl didn't complain about the extra work he just got on with it, when it came to the controls the RF room stat and controller were no longer available an so i upgraded to a complete Hive set up.
All this additional electrical work had not been in the original quote but Greg only charged me for the materials, his labour was given free of charge.
At all stages of the process, both pre and post install, I was kept informed by the fantastic ladies in the office. All in All a very positive experience, inspite of the unforeseen wiring issues. They deserve more than 5* I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Greg Daly visited to my home and go through a boiler replacement with me. He was polite, explained his business in detail. I was impressed that not only was he extremely good value but also offered better service and used a team he trusted. On the day his team were so punctual and got on with the job smoothly. I am extremely impressed by the service offered and Diligent is my favorite for any further boiler, heating and plumbing issues as I know I don’t need to look anywhere else for the best service.

Great service from beginning to end. From the initial meeting with Greg right through to the engineering team (Chase, Dillon, Harpreet) I received a thoroughly professional service. They guys were patient in explanations and left everywhere clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend.

I had a replacement boiler by Diligent and I cannot fault any of the work done they were very efficient in every way. The office staff were very helpful and the fitting was excellent. I will certainly use this company in the future.

Great service from first contact through to quotation and completion of a first class job. Greg came and gave me a quote and explained everything and on the day Chase arrived first to start the installation followed by James and Mason. The job was completed in a first class manner doing everything that had been explained on quotation, the full installation of a Bosch boiler, CH water filter, limescale filter and condensate pump were all done in about six hours with minimal disruption and total care for furnishings. Well Done Diligent ✅

Becouse theyy do thier job clean and clear. Also they explain you what when and how they doing. And after they done they try as best as they could to explain you how it works and what you need to do.

The Diligent Energy technician, Chase Wilson, arrived promptly, as agreed. He was polite and knowledgeable and removed my old boiler, and installed a new combination boiler in a new location. The new installation was neat and tidy and I have no hesitation in recommending Diligent Energy Solutions
