Our 35 year old boiler finally gave up the ghost so we contacted various installers for quotes.
What first impressed me about Diligent was Alex's attitude to sales -she was refreshingly non-pushy and it was this that actually helped secure my business.
She arranged for Jack to visit at the weekend to check the system and provide a comprehensive quote based on his actual installation experience, not just sales patter.
The quote was not the cheapest we received but the positive vibe emanating from the whole company, together with the unrivalled aftercare package was what cinched the deal.
Installation was not a simple swap as we wanted the new combi boiler moving to the airing cupboard but Jay worked tirelessly to get it installed in the timescale given.
Unfortunately we had a glitch with the boiler on the first weekend but the 24hour helpline was answered by an actual engineer who went through various troubleshooting steps. He would have come out there and then but we decided it was not an urgent enough issue to require a weekend callout.
A visit was arranged and the engineer arrived at 9.30 on the Monday and had the issue resolved by 10am
In summary this is how service companies should be run and I would wholeheartedly recommend Diligent to anyone.

My 20 year old boiler packed up on coronation day. I phoned diligent at 9am on the Tuesday after the bank holiday, expecting to have to make a few calls to different installers. Alex at Diligent organised an engineer for the next morning, and after testing the boiler, Jack confirmed it was a PCB failure, and we agreed that the repair would not be cost effective. I chose the new boiler, and after a quick phone call, Jack arranged fitting for Saturday.
Jay the fitter arrived early, and got straight to work. The job was tricky, and Jay had to think outside the box to fit the condensate pipe. He worked solidly without a break until the job was complete, explained the boiler operation and controls, and left the place spotless.
Everything from first contact to payment was made easy for me, and even when I changed the flue requirement a day before fitting, it was just not a problem for them.
This is a top quality business run by people who know how to do things right - Diligent by name, diligent by nature. I will be recommending them to friends and family, and also to you ! 😁

Old boiler sprung a major leak, Jack came out to assess within 4 hours, new boiler installed 3 days later on a Sunday, brilliant service, very happy.

Our old boiler gave up. We needed a new boiler and also planned to change its position due the the fact that we were having an extension in the near future. Greg advised me on the best option to chose, he also helped me troubleshoot some low water pressure issues. Visited twice on my request with no extra charges. Greg and the team werre brilliant. Very professional and excellent in their job. I would highly recommend.

Josh attended today as I had a number of radiators not working. He repaired all of them that afternoon. An excellent service all round as the office team made sure that they attended on the day promised

I recently had a new boiler fitted. I choose Diligent Energy on the recommendation of a friend. After I accepted the quote, Greg and his colleague turned up on time , they immediately set about the installation. A few hours later my new boiler was fitted and fully functional. An operating briefing was given, it's very easy to use . My place was left spotless . I couldn't be happier with the job they done.

Jack gave a great service and explained everything along the way and also changed isolation valves due to leak in bathroom, never seen this depth of service and feedback from plumber like Jack before. Recommended to me so recommend to everyone.

Survey was carried out by Greg Daly and although not the cheapest quote, I felt confident that Diligent Energy would do a quality job. I had 7 quotes and Diligent were the most expensive, but I decided that they offered the best support package. The instillation was carried out today by their engineer Josh, who arrived on time, very pleasant guy who got on with the job.
If you are thinking of obtaining a quote from them, expect to pay a little more, but its worth it.

Having a new boiler is a very daunting experience, was recommended Diligent Energy Solutions by a family member what can I say I wasnt disappointed. The whole process was very professional and they answered my many questions fully. The engineer was brilliant!
The prices they charge was really competitive.

Diligent Energy fitted a new boiler for me recently. Our very old boiler has been replaced with a Worcester-Bosch Greenstar 8000 Combi boiler two weeks ago by Diligent Energy Solutions. I am so impressive with their friendly quotation, quick appointment and good installation job.
Compared with other quotations I got, their price is the most competitive.
